The apartment exceeded our expectations: beautiful, functional and fully equipped. The common areas are spectacular: swimming pools, rooftop and rest areas with unparalleled views. On the first floor, there are restaurants and shops with everything you need. El Rodadero is a 15-minute walk, but we suggest going by car. The nearby beach is perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets, without the hustle and bustle of other areas, although a little dirty, but nothing serious. Esther and her mom were attentive and clear, making the check-in/out process very simple. Zero problems! 100% recommended! A memorable experience.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

Stayed in many other units in this building . *CLEANEST BY FAR* attention to detail was amazing ! Great communication with Host ! I will stay again for sure and HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect: close to the beach, restaurants, and everything Santa Marta has to offer, yet peaceful enough to relax. One major plus was the Wi-Fi, it was strong and reliable, which made it easy to get some remote work done without any stress. The setup was perfect for balancing both work and fun. This was the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and still stay connected. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Marta. Thank you for making my birthday trip unforgettable!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Taxis in front, buses a block away, restaurants nearby and at home, private security, and not to mention the hotel's amenities. We loved it! We hope to return someday

The best thing about the place, in addition to being beautiful the house and its grandiose beachfront location, is the attention of Mrs. Daimis and Don Manuel. We spent a few spectacular days, the house has everything you need and the location is privileged. Thank you very much Daimis and Manuel for making us feel at home and being aware of everything we need. We will surely come back.

Awesome place! Perfect for a family trip. It’s close to the beach and the airport, and very cost-effective. The hosts are amazing—May is always happy to help and has great local contacts for things like food delivery right to the house and reliable taxi or van rides. Mildre also cooks delicious meals! We had an excellent experience—my family enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

Excellent house just steps from the beach, the private pool and the view from the balcony are unique. We really liked having the option of several tables to eat, outside, at the counter or in a spacious dining room. Fernanda helped us all the time and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The resort has easy access to the beach and several swimming pools including one with a park for children. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the city, the Sierra Nevada mountains as well as the sea. I recommend 100% for a small family or a couple! El apartamento fue limpió, large and comfortable. El complejo tiene un acceso facil a la playa, tambien tiene varias piscinas, una con parque para los niños. El balcón ofrece una vista estupenda sobre la ciudad, las montañas de la Sierra Nevada y el mar. Le recomiendo para una pequeña familia o una pareja!

Excellent apartment, everything very clean, organized, the towels and sheets of the best quality, there was everything in the kitchenware, the photos totally matched what the apartment is. Leidy, the person who received us is very kind and the owner David was always looking out for us, giving us useful information for our stay. In conclusion, we will return to this place without hesitation... Thanks David.
