Mary and Fers home in Minca was so wonderful, magical, restful and spacious. You really feel so immersed in nature yet it's not too far away from town and have all the comforts you would want! 10/10

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

Mateo was very responsive to our messages and helped us on every point. The place was great. Note however that it can be a little noisy especially for a Friday or Saturday night sincethereis a disco next door. We were with kids, but otherwise it wouldn't have been a big deal. It's the vibe of the city, we're well aware of it.

The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so perfect. You have truly created the most beautiful little hideaway. Don’t think twice. Book it. Unwind. Breathe. Reconnect with nature. Excellent house just steps from the beach, the private pool and the view from the balcony are unique. We really liked having the option of several tables to eat, outside, at the counter or in a spacious dining room. Fernanda helped us all the time and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We'll be back.

A pleasant place to spend both a weekend and a longer time. Definitely recommended for the location of the place, it is quite close to the Rodadero but with more affordable prices. Very kind Maribel, always attentive to any request, the area is residential and very quiet to rest and even to walk, exercise or just sightsee in the area. I'll be back without hesitation!

The house is incredible, it has all the inputs both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, the jacuzzi and the terrace, everything was impeccable upon our arrival and the schedules made it easier for us. Juan Pablo and all the rest of those in charge of the house were very diligent, they respond quickly and collaborated with us a lot with various requirements. Very good place!

Fabulous location in downtown Santa Marta near shops and restaurants as well as the beaches. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. We valued having reception in the building as well, made check in very simple. Occasionally it was a little noisy as the condo is on the ground floor, but overall we absolutely loved our stay and would come again!

The apartment exceeded our expectations: beautiful, functional and fully equipped. The common areas are spectacular: swimming pools, rooftop and rest areas with unparalleled views. On the first floor, there are restaurants and shops with everything you need. El Rodadero is a 15-minute walk, but we suggest going by car. The nearby beach is perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets, without the hustle and bustle of other areas, although a little dirty, but nothing serious. Esther and her mom were attentive and clear, making the check-in/out process very simple. Zero problems! 100% recommended! A memorable experience.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

An excellent place to spend a few days of rest in Santa Marta, a spacious, clean apartment, excellent view, and very good amenities in the building. Recommended

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was impeccable, very well located and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great and the kitchen had everything you needed. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Miguel is a great host, was easy to communicate with and he’s very helpful. Building and Airbnb are just like you see in the photos, I had a great stayed. I highly recommend.

Excellent apartment, everything very clean, organized, the towels and sheets of the best quality, there was everything in the kitchenware, the photos totally matched what the apartment is. Leidy, the person who received us is very kind and the owner David was always looking out for us, giving us useful information for our stay. Casa Del Rio is a GREAT choice for anyone looking for an airbnb while in santa marta. Carlos's apt looked exactly like the photos shown but the place is a lot bigger seeing it in person. The security staff are so helpful and kind you can tell that they love doing their job, I loved them all. Carlos is also very responsive and did his best to ensure that I was satisfied with my stay. Will I return here on my next trip to Santa Marta ? ABSOLUTELY !!
