Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, mit Spielplatz und Pool. Am Pool sind überwiegend ältere Gäste, vermutlich Eigentümer der anderen Wohnungen. Es gilt ein striktes Konsumverbot, auch Getränke sind dort nicht erlaubt. Ich war mit vier Kindern dort und hatte manchmal den Eindruck, dass lebhaftere Gäste nicht ganz so willkommen sind. Dennoch konnten die Kinder spielen und wir haben das Beste aus der Situation gemacht. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Einschränkungen, über die man sich vorher bewusst sein sollte.

5 Sterne – absolut empfehlenswert! Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Roberta und Sara in Sirmione war großartig. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig reibungslos. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – von der Küchenausstattung bis zum gemütlichen Schlafbereich. Die Lage ist top: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar – Supermärkte, der See und besonders empfehlenswerte Restaurants (z. B. das „Silk „ ) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – danke für die schöne Zeit

Ambiente arredato con stile, pulitissima e con una piscina usufruibile anche da noi;parcheggio comodissimo fuori dalla confusione della città vecchia. Alberto ci ha fatto sentire a casa, i suoi consigli sono stati utilissimi, indirzzandoci a un ristorante li vicino dove abbiamo cenato divinamente. Ci ha fatto conoscere Sirmione in zone non turistiche che meritano veramente di esser viste. La sua professionalità, gentilezza e competenza l'abbiamo riscontrata in pochissime strutture e persone . Per chi cerca un'oasi di pace e tranquillità lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie per la tua ospitalità.

We had a great stay, spotlessly clean , within walking distance to the Lake ,we did walk the whole length of Sirmione Peninsular and back , i would say you have to enjoy walking as it is a fair way but there are shuttle buses available , also very close by to the main bus route, which can take you to various towns etc well worth visiting, hosts were very helpful and informative , telling us about the Patisserie right by the Lake across the road etc , also there is a lovely little garden to sit in the evenings etc , couldn’t fault it at all.

We particularly enjoyed this place during our trip to Italy. What makes this place special is its proximity to the lake, its distance to Sirmione Castle and its touristy atmosphere, but also the fact that located in a peaceful location. You can walk for a minute and see the most beautiful mountain views across the lake, and a few minutes away rent a kayak or a paddle boat or a motor boat! You can enjoy local restaurants from fancy meats to seafood within short walking distance. Would definitely visit again. Special thanks to Nadia, Pierre, and Alessia for their support.

A truly remarkable apartment in an incredible location. Words can't even begin to describe how amazing the apartment is, from it's centralized location and easy access from the train station to the wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and luxurious and was easily one of the better places we stayed on our trip through Italy. The only downside was that we only spent 1 night here and would absolutely come back for an extended stay. Annapaola was incredibley responsive, helpful, and overall a fantastic host. My family and I had such a great time here and created memories that will last a lifetime.

The place was clean and the view of the lake from the common balcony was great. The place could have been the best during summers when the weather is favorable to swim. There's also LIDL about 15 mins away by walk. There is a bus stop which is about 5 mins walk away. But be warned, those buses are late most of the time and are scheduled only once every hour. Would recommend driving your own car instead.

Il mio soggiorno nell'appartamento di Andrea a Sirmione è stato semplicemente perfetto! Andrea è un host eccezionale: estremamente disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Fin dal primo contatto, la comunicazione è stata chiara e veloce, e Andrea ha fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, se non migliore. Pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle attrazioni principali di Sirmione, ma in una zona tranquilla che garantisce un ottimo riposo. Il giardino privato e la piscina condivisa sono stati un vero tocco di classe, perfetti per godersi il sole e rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile a Sirmione. Grazie, Andrea, per aver reso il mio soggiorno così speciale! Spero di poter tornare presto.
