Close to food stores (300m) and famous fish restaurant (3.5km). The territory is fenced, with garden, flowers, barbecue place, drinkable water, no mosquitoes.

Дуже зручне розміщення котеджів та чудовий заїзд у будь-яку погоду, поруч центральна асфальтована дорога. Чудовий вид на гору Погар з однієї сторони, а з іншої - дивовижний краєвид на гори та на селище Славсько.
