Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sylt

The old farmhouse is beautifully furnished with a personal artistic touch. We liked this rustic style very much. That's why we chose it. The house is very quiet, although the Edeka market is only a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy fresh rolls every morning. The city center is also only a 10-minute walk away. We felt very comfortable, and by the end of the holiday we didn't miss the microwave anymore. There we had the opportunity to slow down and warm the milk on the beautiful gas stove :-)

We thought Sine's vacation home was super beautiful and cozy. We have made nice trips. The house has a quiet location and a nice terrace with spacious garden. Recommended!

After I was here last year, it was clear: I have to come back here. The house is a dream and offers everything your heart desires. The proximity to the Danish border is attractive, so you can quickly drive to Hoyer or Tondern. The nature reserves on the North Sea (Rickelsbüller Koog and Margarethe-Koog) are also not far away and offer many opportunities for nature lovers to experience flora and fauna. Margrid and Thorsten are great hosts and you immediately feel in good hands ... like at home. I'll definitely be back...

A perfect place to unwind - absolutely recommended! From the very first minute, we felt completely at ease. The cottage was clean and lovingly furnished – we immediately felt at home. The furnishings are well-maintained and tasteful, with many beautiful details. We were particularly enthusiastic about the immediate proximity to nature: birds everywhere, tranquility, vastness - exactly what we were looking for. The Hallig exudes a special serenity, and we were able to really relax there. A big thank you also to our contact person Iris – we were able to contact her with questions at any time. The owners, Hennig and Lisa, were also helpful with questions from the beginning. We enjoyed every second and would have liked to stay. A place we would definitely like to visit again!

I had a very relaxed week at Maria's place. The farm is quietly located and in the apartment there is everything you need for a short vacation. In one direction, you can go to Niebüll as the nearest shopping and in the other to the North Sea and the dyke - everything is very easy to reach by bike. From here you have a good starting point to either visit the islands or Denmark.

It was really great at Julia's place. For my son, the garden with play equipment & chickens was the absolute highlight, for me the proximity to all kinds of excursion destinations: Föhr, Sylt, Husum. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and Julia and her family totally nice.

The location is fantastic—very close to the ocean, and the flat itself is just a short walk from the beach. We went for early morning runs by the sea, and it felt amazing. The flat is well-equipped with everything you might need, especially in the kitchen, which has all the essentials for cooking. Everything was clean and tidy, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

A very comfortable place to spend some relaxing time. The place is just as described. Our pet spent a few days very relaxed and enjoying the apartment and the beach. You can literally walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are markets and restaurants very close by. It is 13 minutes from the central train station. The hosts are always very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended 5 Stars

My husband and I spent our Easter vacation on Sylt and landed a hit with this place. Not only that you feel right at home in the cozily furnished apartment, the location is also simply sensational. If you are in bed in the evening, you can hear the sea rustling - so close to the beach you are. Grocery stores, bakers and restaurants are also within walking distance, and you can quickly get to Westerland by bike. We make a clear recommendation and will definitely come back.

The apartment is in very good condition with high-quality furniture and looks even better in person than in the photos. The amenities are very good. There's nothing missing. The sauna worked without any problems and is small, but completely sufficient for 2 people to sit. The view from the terrace directly into the greenery is very beautiful. The area is totally quiet. Just around the corner is an Edeka and bakery to get rolls in the morning.

From the first moment I felt at home. The location is absolutely unbeatable: the beach is practically on the doorstep and can be reached in just a few steps - simply fantastic! The many restaurants and the bustling Friedrichstraße with its shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Everything you need is there, and the best part: you are completely independent of the car. Getting there couldn't be easier - the accommodation is conveniently accessible from the train station. An Edeka supermarket and a bakery are just around the corner - super convenient for everyday needs! The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the open kitchen-living area is spacious, cozy and just perfect for relaxing. I was so excited that I booked again right away!

The apartment was absolutely as described in the ad. Susanne is a great host and we are looking forward to the next time. The location is great and in addition to the associated parking lot, there are also plenty of other parking options. The entire apartment feels like new.

We arrived at Thor's farm and he saw us directly and came to meet us, his open and warm manner was very likeable and you immediately felt at home. We chatted briefly and he then showed us the accommodation. There were already 2 flens ready as a welcome beer, very cool !!! The accommodation is so cozy, you are practically in the middle of the forest. You can really relax when you open the windows in the morning, you can hear the birds chirping, the wind brushing through the treetops, just beautiful, we loved it. The apartment is exactly as described, and simply great. In the apartment you will also find everything you need. We were there for a long weekend when friends of ours got married nearby, Thor the host even spontaneously offered to drive us to the wedding eve party in the evening. The apartment is in a perfect location: almost directly on the beach and close to very good restaurants. We liked the apartment very much, as it is very spacious and lovingly furnished. We loved the apartment (a bit outdated ). Central location. 2 min to the beach directly in the pedestrian zone 10 min to the train station. Negative that the internet often didn't work. And many construction sites around the house and in the house ( probably due to the season.
