Linda and her husband are very nice and welcoming, it was great meeting them and they were very helpful and communication via messages was thorough and easy. The appartment is at a wonderful location: from both inside and the cosy seating outside you have a great view of the mountains along the fjord. It's also a great location for exploring the country - from here we went on daytrips to Runde, Trollstigen and the Atlantic highway. Ålesund is close by, you're right next to one of the main roads and close to several ferries. Inside is everything you need for a self sufficient stay, it's all practical and comfortable. It is an old and used space, keep that in mind - but everything was well taken care of and clean. In short, it's an experience like staying at your family's place. Highly recommended!

Très joli appartement, décoré avec soin et propre. Les échanges avec Lena se sont très bien passés. L'appartement est situé à 18 minutes de voiture du centre de Ålesund dans un quartier calme.

Hyggelig vertskap, god kommunikasjon underveis, uproblematisk inn-og utsjekk, fin leilighet med nydelig utsikt. Dette stedet kan trygt anbefales, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Très bel appartement, bien agencé, très propre. Environnement très paisible. Petit bémol sur le bruit de la pompe à chaleur qui raisonne particulièrement dans la petite chambre. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles. Je recommande vivement.

We really liked the new modern house. We lived on the second floor, with a spacious living room, very modern and stylish, cozy interior, spacious balcony, and wonderful view of the mountain peaks. The new housing area is surrounded by nature. A particularly pleasant surprise was the personal attention and the welcome package in the fridge with local food products. The convenient sauna was nice to warm up in the evening, and the electric car charging station was a great addition. Our sincere congratulations and thanks. 11 out of 10, highly recommended. Magnifieke locatie! Als je van rust, ruimte , fantastisch uitzicht en privacy houdt dan zul je je hier heel gelukkig voelen. Erg leuk terras/restaurant op loopafstand Christian Gaard.

Fantastisk opphold i et eventyrlig hus! Vi ble godt mottat med et reint hus og godt med plass i garderober, med oppredde senger og mange håndklær. Huset er fantastisk fint, med utsikt til fjelltopper og breer. Hagen er velstelt og vi kunne plukke urter, salat og bær. Huset passer fint for to familier med tre etasjer hvor man kan sove i kjelleren og i andre etasje. Alt man trenger er tilgjengelig i huset. Perfekt beliggenhet med turer rett fra huset og nærme Ålesund, ulike aktiviteter og matbutikk. Verten er svarer raskt og hyggelig.

we love this clean and warm house very much. It is very convenient, you can find all the things you need in the kitchen, and the house is extremely clean. The most exciting thing is the stove, we enjoyed it in a rainy night, it made the night warm and lovely. I strongly recommend everyone to live here if you choose one near Alesund. It is far beyond your expectations.

For en fantastisk plass!! En stor gjeng voksne mennesker hadde romslig plass, nydelige omgivelser og alt av fasiliteter tilgjengelig. Med fjelltur rett bak huset, et bad bare en rusletur unna og hagestue slik at en kan sitte ute også utover kvelden, ble helga innholdsrik og minnefull. Maria var vennlig og lett å kommunisere med. Tusen takk for oss!

With clear instructions we (party of 8) found our way into a spacious, modern house with a beautiful view from the living room and deck. Everything was very clean and organized which made us feel welcome guests. The location provides good access to Alesund, grocery stores, shopping mall and hikes both local and more remote. Some questions were quickly resolved by the host.

Schönes modernes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung - nah an einem wunderschönen Fjord mit tollem Naturstrand. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nette Gastgeber, die gut erreichbar waren. Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern oder Babys, für einen großen Teenager ist das eine Kinderbett etwas eng, aber insgesamt eine Top-Empfehlung.

We spent 15 days with our toddler, with a visit of my grown-up daughter during a few days. We had a rental car. The area is quiet, the terrasse is great with a great view, neighbourgs are friendly and welcoming. Good distance to Alesund accessible in 15 minutes, and access to eastern fjords and ferry very easy. We did a few hikes in the vicinity, with majestic views from the top. Geiranger and Trollstingen are both worth the day trip. Alesund is a lovely city.

Der Aufenthalt bei Andrea war wirklich klasse. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und es war wirklich alles sehr sauber. Es gab zum Check in klare Anweisungen und alles war gut beschrieben. Es standen sogar frischen Rosen auf dem Tisch und es gab ein paar Snacks zu Ankunft. Die Lage war auch sehr schön etwas abseits der riesigen Touristen Mengen von Alesund aber dennoch schnell zu erreichen.

Vi var så fornøyd forrige gang at vi tok enda et opphold her. Fortsatt veldig fornøyd med både vert og leilighet, vi kommer gjerne hit igjen. :)

Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. We hebben een paar geweldige dagen gehad en van alle mogelijkheden gebruik gemaakt! Shoppen in het grootste winkelcentrum maar vooral Alesund en de vuurtoren van Alnes en de rondtochten door en over de fjorden!

Of the several AirBnBs we stayed at on our Norway trip, this was by far the best. Highly recommend.

Very convenient apartment, great location and a beautiful view over Borgundgavlen. Sjur was a helpful host, who gave clear instructions and provided a clean apartment with all necessities. Will happily return next time!
