Holiday rentals with a patio in Sykies

Christos and his wife Maria were so friendly and responsive from the moment we arrived making us feel right at home. The apartment has plenty of space and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would gladly stay with them again in the apartment anytime we visit Evosmos. Thank you both for your hospitality!!!

I was in the apartment for almost a week to work remotely. Wi-Fi connection was very good. There is also a small desk with an office chair in the bedroom with direct access to the large roof terrace. You have a wide view of the city from the terrace, including the sunset. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Supermarkets are nearby, as well as restaurants and bars. It is also not far to the promenade. Bus stops can be reached in about 5-10 minutes, some cultural attractions such as museums are within walking distance.

A great place, very well located to move by any means, even by foot! The communication was impeccable, we were given step-by-step instructions, with courtesy, and the space was spotless and exactly as described. I would definitely choose it again!

Communication with Effie was quite easy and fast. We were happy to think about a lot of things at home and prepare. The location of the house is very central. It can be walked everywhere. Parking in the city is generally a problem, but there is also paid parking right across from the house. We were quite satisfied, we stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults, 2 children.

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Beautiful little home

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

Our stay of this apartment was very pleasant. It is centrally located in the city and has very easy walking access almost everywhere. If you're a light sleeper, it's a good idea to bring a sleeping mask because the apartment is very bright.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

I have been staying in Thess for approaching 3 years and I have to say that even though each apartment is unique in it's own way, I absolutely loved this one - it felt sooo cozy, warm and really like a home. I absolutely loved the style of it, the decor was very well thought of and it was incredibly spotless clean upon check in. I also absolutely love this area, and probably more so than the Roman Agora where I have always stayed previously. This was the perfect fit! The bed - super comfy with such nice sheets, the kitchen is more than generous in size with everything that you possibly need and much more, the shower is huge and the aircon works incredibly well. The WiFi - completely uninterrupted, so absolutely perfect for digital nomads and remote workers (like myself). The check-in was incredibly smooth and Savas was always responsive and very clear and prompt in all his communication. I'd give this a 11/10 and I can't wait to return. Thank you Savas for such an incredible stay!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Place is central. Apartment has everything you need and looks like in the pictures.

The property is great for a couple's accommodation. It's so good that you'd rather spend more time on it than off. It is located in a very central spot. It has everything within a 5 minute walk. From supermarkets and restaurants cafes of all kinds, to metro and bus stop. Parking is easy. The only small minus (not that important though) is the internet within the space. If you are a pro and need speed to upload or download large files, it will take a long time. The accommodation is one of the best I have visited and is definitely my No1 choice for the center of Thessaloniki.

Ioannis and Kiki's place is ideally located on a back street just a few minutes' walk in one direction from the hustle and bustle of the city centre (Aristotelous Sq) and from the historic quarters of the Upper Town. Everything was as described and the hosts are very quickly responsive. They were even kind enough to replace the toaster after we informed them that the existing one must've been taken by a previous guest despite us telling them not to bother. Highly recommend.

New apartment, very well equipped, clean with private parking. Ideal for two people, but also suitable for those traveling with a child. Not far from the center, which is convenient to reach by taxi or car and well positioned to start discovering the archaeological sites of Pella and Aigai. The surrounding area does not offer the best, but 5-10 minutes' walk away there is a shopping center with a super well-stocked supermarket. Our hosts were super nice.
