Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Alles war wie beschrieben und auch der Jacuzzi konnte genutzt werden. Von der Terrasse hat man fast einen 360 Grad Blick. Sonnenauf- und untergänge sind herrlich. Auch wir haben Frühstücksgutscheine bekommen und uns sehr darüber gefreut. Alle Backwaren und auch der Kaffee sind hervorragend. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was comfortable, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. What really stood out to us , was the host. They were incredibly helpful and proactive, sending clear and thoughtful messages and making sure we knew they were available at any time if we needed anything. It made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. We can’t wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

The location of the house is excellent; all historical and important landmarks are within a 5–10 minute walking distance. Our host, Ms. Athena, was extremely kind and helpful. There are also many restaurants and cafés just a short walk from the house, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It can be a bit noisy on weekends, so I recommend keeping that in mind when choosing to stay. Other than that, it was a perfect experience. Thank you for everything, Ms. Athena. If we visit Thessaloniki again, this place will definitely be among our top accommodation choices.

The apartment was in excellent condition, just like new, and located in a peaceful area among locals. Everything worked perfectly. The host was very flexible and kind, especially when we fumbled with a couple of things – thank you for that!💛

I just know an Airbnb is top notch when they have conditioner and they have a hair dryer! This place was worth it

Danai showed us her apartment very accessible. The apartment is very large and accessible. There are all the necessary items for cooking, a good shower. The bedroom with air conditioning is a very necessary thing. which we needed after the good weather. I recommend 100%

Η Ζωή είναι μια καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, απαντούσε αμέσως με σαφής οδηγίες. Ο χώρος της ήταν εξίσου πολύ ωραίος! Καθαρός, περιποιημένος, εξοπλισμένος αρκετά κ οι φωτογραφίες αντικατροπτίζουν την πραγματικότητα. Όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά τη Θεσσαλονίκη ασυζητητί θα μείνω πάλι εκεί!

Great apartment, in a very walkable location in the city. Tbe check-in instructions were clear and easy to read, and Simos was very responsive to any questions we had. Recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Thessaloniki!

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die große Terasse ist perfekt und es gab alles was wir gebraucht haben. Es war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung mit ihren kreativen Details hat uns gut gefallen. Vom Bahnhof aus auch schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden wieder buchen! :)

I stayed in the apartment for about two months, and it was a wonderful experience. I’m very satisfied and would recommend it without hesitation to everyone, whether for short or long stays. The place was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, well-furnished, and very clean. The apartment is also very quiet, the internet connection is excellent, and all the appliances are new and efficient. The hosts gave me a warm welcome and were attentive, generous with advice, and responsive throughout my stay. I’d go back without thinking twice!

Meine beste Freundin und ich, haben die vergangene Woche 4 Tage bei Sofia verbracht. Das Appartement war einfach fantastisch! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war modern, hochwertig und durchdacht. Von Hygieneartikeln bis Kaffee musste man sich um nichts Gedanken machen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die wirklich makellos war. Das Willkommenspaket war eine tolle Geste über die wir uns sehr freuten und machte den Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer. Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Das einzige Problem: Es war so schön, dass wir überlegten dieses Appartement 4 Tage gar nicht zu verlassen und uns essen zu bestellen! Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Gastgeberin war zudem unglaublich nett und aufmerksam, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Die helle, schön ausgestattete Wohnung ist in der 3. Etage eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus. Sie ist großzügig , alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett ist sehr breit und hat komfortable Matratzen.Die sehr große, stylisch eingerichtete Terrasse ist ein Highlight, besonders am Abend, wenn die süßen, bunten Ballon-Lämpchen, die über Solar Strom bekommen, leuchten. Bei unserer Ankunft lag leckeres Gebäck als Welcome-Gruß auf dem Tisch. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem, was benötigt wird. Dimitris ist ein besonders freundlicher und sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, dem es sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich wohlfühlt und auf alle Fragen zeitnah eine Antwort bekommt. Wir vergeben für Dimitris und sein charmantes Appartement 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως το περίμενα. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις, όπως ήταν στην περιγραφή. Την κα Nandia δεν την γνώρισα προσωπικά, αλλά ήτανε πλήρως κατατοπιστική και εξυπηρετική. Όλα ήταν οργανωμένα γιά check-in χωρίς την παρουσία του οικοδεσπότη. Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ.

Very nice place: easy to find and get in, clean, comfortable, reliable and friendly communication. Lots of restaurants nearby, very walkable. The street is a bit busy but there's not much noise in the apartment. Would gladly stay again, and can highly recommend.

Konstantino's Condo was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking and the place immaculate with meticulous attention to details. You felt like you were in a 5-star establishment from the moment you stepped into the apartment with the classic, high-end furnishings and fixtures, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, robes, slippers, bathroom supplies, kitchen appliances/utensils, and complimentary wine. Located right on the water, you are in walking distance to a well-stocked grocery store, restaurants, shopping, the White Tower (with pick up for hop-on hop-off bus tours). Communication was excellent with immediate responses during booking and during my stay. Konstantino was extremely kind and allowed me to store my suitcase for early arrival and late departure. Can't say enough good things...100% perfect!

Overall, everything was great and we had an amazing time! The view of the sea from the window was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We needed some help figuring out how to use the stove, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!
