Eco-Chic Mountain Zen Yurt (Peru Shapibo)

JulieRating, 5 stars31 months ago
Absolutely loved our stay here and can't stop talking about it! The location worked great for us to enjoy a day in Knoxville and The Great Smoky Mountains. We also enjoyed a quiet and peaceful day! If bugs freak you out, this may not be your place. We didn't experience them in the yurt, but you do come across them with the bathroom and outdoor kitchen set up. However, if you can accept being one with bugs, you won't regret the beautiful shower set up! I am sure we will be staying here again in the future :)

Communication was great and the folks at Seven Springs were wonderful to interact with. We appreciated a quiet refuge to escape to and their great local recommendations for hiking and beverages.

Hidden Falls Romantic Couples Escape WNC Mountains

AlvinRating, 5 stars10 months ago
When I read the description on the website, I doubted that it was that great. It was that GREAT! It rained every day, but the place was so peaceful, we didn't care. We cooked on the grill and ate most of our meals on the deck. We look forward to another visit.

We go to Bryson City 1-2 times per year and this has by far been the best place we have stayed at yet! Very peaceful and private and well worth the money! We will be back soon! Five star rating in every aspect!

EagleWatch Mountaintop Yurt

This was a great first yurt experience. Jennifer is a fabulous host and everything was clean, comfortable, and decorated well. The game room was a pleasant, comfortable, air conditioned bonus space. The surrounding nature is peaceful with plenty of opportunities for beautiful hikes to the river and surrounding hills. Good cell coverage and WiFi on the property but definitely make sure you do a good map recon before getting there because you’ll lose signal during the drive down Needmore Dr. The long, uphill gravel driveway doesn’t require 4WD but I’m glad i had an SUV.

This was my first yurt or glamping experience, and by no means is this roughing it- king bed, a/c & heat, satellite TV, wifi. It was exactly what I was looking for, skip the run of the mill hotels, and stay somewhere unique with a view. This is it. 15 mins to Bryson City, NC

Tuckaseegee @ Sky Ridge Yurts

ValerieRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Our 2 night stay at the Tuckaseegee yurt was great! Easy check-in & entry. Bed was comfortable and heat units kept us nice and warm even when it was 30°F outside!i The hardwood floors are beautiful as is the bathroom. We were glad we brought spring water for drinking as the water had a sulfer smell. Next time we'll know to bring ice cube trays or ice with us as well. We spent time in the National Park, Cherokee, Bryson City, and hiked a few trails. We would absolutely stay at the Tuckaseegee at Sky Ridge Yurts again!

We stayed here the night before heading out on the AT. Great location close to the NOC. We checked in late after dark. The place was amazing. Wonderful experience and so relaxing. We woke up the next morning to a beautiful view out the front door. We will be back.
