Waterfront holiday rentals in Svolvær

The home itself is very pretty, clean, open and light space. We really enjoyed it. The view is very serene. There is not very much nearby, nothing within walking distance, but if you're looking for being able to relax and have a good view this is an excellent choice.

Mycket trevligt boende, nära till allting. Parkering nära boendet, kostar dock lite grann. I övrigt mycket bra boende med bastu.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Gastgeberehepaar. Wir haben vier traumhafte Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Der Service war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar mit auf Ihre Hunderunden mitgenommen. Nicht nur wir waren begeistert sondern auch unser Hund Buddy hat sich von Anfang an heimisch gefühlt und sich Tag für Tag seine Leckerchen abgeholt. Besonders wertvoll waren auch die persönlichen Ausflugstipps. Danke für einen absolut gelungenen Urlaub

An amazing place to spend your travel days. It’s creative, contemporary, lots of natural light and all white and woody. It’s so beautifully done that you feel like not stepping out. Loved the place, loved the surrounding, loved the warmth of Marco and the awesome local tips and recommendations that made the trip all the more memorable! From the Lofoten Vibes to works best cinnamon rolls, to the fire place to the varied book collection and the outstanding balcony view!!! Thanks a lot Marco and hope to visit again :)

If you’re looking for a place to relax with family, this is a perfect fit. The rental is spacious and well appointed. Everything you need for cooking is available as well as a grocery store just a few minutes away by car. Sven is helpful and responsive to questions. The environment is quiet, scenic, and peaceful.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist eine ideale Station bei einer Lofoten-Rundreise.

What a find!! Mona’s place was everything we could have dreamed of for a stay in Svolvær! The apartment was cosy, comfortable and provided all the goods needed for a relaxing stay including balcony chairs, a washing machine and a very handy microwave! The location is absolutely perfect! Within easy walking distance to the pier and wharf for tours and all the shops and restaurants in town. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and helps set the relaxing vibe of the place! Mona was incredibly helpful, approachable and informative- even ordering us a taxi to the airport for which we were very grateful! Finding the place and getting inside was so simple and the included car spot came in very handy as hiring a car is the best way to explore the Lofoten islands! I can’t recommend Mona’s place highly enough and thank her sincerely for such a memorable and enjoyable stay! ☺️💖

O facto de ter lugar de estacionamento privado à porta é incrível. A população local em Nusfjord é muito simpática e prestável. A padaria/bakeri é maravilhosa, a melhor das Lofoten. Uma delícia! Nice cozy, peaceful, and private home to spend time in Lofoten. The home has all the amenities you could want and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clear that the hosts took extra steps to make the stay was comfortable for their guests. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque. If we get to visit Lofoten again, we’d be sure to stay here!

This was a win for us. So comfy, close to town, everything you could poss need including many hooks and places to put our things. And Kurt was above and beyond accommodating us when we misplaced the house key. Highly recommend this airbnb.

Stein-Ove and Marita are the best possible hosts, as they do their ultimate best to make sure that their guests have a phenomenal experience, in their fabulous house, in the unique environment of Lofoten. What stands out the most, from my view, is that the guests get the real experience of real life in such remote area of the world. This was my and my wife's intention, totally fulfilled beyond expectations, and we will never forget what we saw and how we felt. The house is situated in a magnificent location, between splendid mountains and coastline, and still easily accessible via a road where there is very little traffic, which ensure total peace. We felt what it means to have a family life in Lofoten, basically the experience cannot be more authentic, truly. Needless to say, the house was spotlessly clean and had all facilities to feel at home, e.g. we could use the kitchen to have a peaceful dinner overlooking the ocean. In brief, if you want the real experience, do book this house!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i dette nydelige huset midt i Lofoten. Huset er veldig koselig, velholdt og ligger idyllisk til med flott utsikt over havet. Verten var svært hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi koste oss med å bruke kajakken og nyte den rolige og hyggelige atmosfæren både i huset og ved sjøen. Et perfekt sted for avslapning og å oppleve den vakre naturen i Lofoten. Anbefales varmt!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angelita’s Rorbu! It is spectacular. The views are breathtaking at all times of day - it’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to wind down while exploring Lofoten. The apartment is gorgeous inside and Angelita provided every possible amenity to make it feel like home. We loved cooking in the kitchen with local seafood (and Angelita’s incredible seaweed products - her shop is a must-visit)! We really appreciated the tranquil location away from the crowds but only 5 minutes or so from town for grocery shopping, etc. We loved the location of the rorbu in Lofoten. We explored towns, hiked, wandered and followed many of Angelita’s recommendations - and then loved winding down in the evenings at this magical spot! Angelita was responsive, helpful and so kind. We would love to return and stay here in the future!!

A very good place I can recommend to anyone visiting Lofoten. Perfect location close and close to many attractions!

Anne’s home is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Location is great. Nice view of the water and mountains in the background. Close proximity to town and shopping. The downstairs bathroom is nice and renovated. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet at night. Just be aware that there are some of the owner’s clothes and personal items in drawers and closets. Overall I would recommend Anne’s place to anyone visiting Lofoten.

Hilde‘s home is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s elegant, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself feel completely at home. There are baskets of sweaters so you can sit warmly on the balcony and watch the water and the light change. She has thought of every detail you might want to be able to relax fully and enjoy this unusual island. She even has binoculars for you to use to watch the birds and any sea animals that might come by. She was helpful, kind and timely in every interaction I had with her. I could stay here happy for a month and perhaps I will another time!

Hanne was super responsive and very friendly! she provided us with everything we needed and some great local recommendations for activities. The view from the windows in the condo are even better than the photos and the place felt very comfortable and cozy. Within walking distance from the city centre as well which was great!

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist nur 120 cm, das sollte man sich bewusst sein. Die Lage ist gut, man kann dort tolle Wanderungen machen und erreicht mit dem Auto schnell andere Orte. André war gastfreundlich und es war einfach mit ihm zu kommunizieren.

Trine’s place is our home away from home for 4 nights. Everything is perfect and the view is to die for, so breathtaking. Excellent communication and quick to respond. We highly recommend Trine’s place, if you see it available, don’t hesitate to book it.

Wir waren vom Ferienhaus sehr angetan, es bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Können nur eine Empfehlung für andere Reisende abgeben.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Sicht auf die Hafeneinfahrt und die Ankunft der Hurtigrutenschiffe. Öffentliche Sauna gleich nebenan, bestes Restaurant von Nordnorwegen ca 20 Minuten zu Fuss.

Fantastisk fin og praktisk leilighet. Den hadde kjempegod plass og absolutt alt du trenger for å trives på både korte og lange opphold. Veldig sentralt for å utforske hele Lofoten. Vi brukte tre dager og fikk oppleve utrolig mye. Og vi sov veldig godt i det stille og rolige området som leiligheten lå i. Tusen takk for flott opphold!

Stayed on a whirlwind trip with my spouse and 17-year old son. We all loved the place and wished we could have stayed longer. Regardless of the weather or time of day, the views were amazing. The heated floors were a bonus! Thanks, Kirsti for the tour and detailed instructions.
