Holiday rentals with a patio in Svedala Municipality

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Incredibly nice and practical little crawl space in central Lund. The area is picturesque and it looks like something you could have seen on a postcard. Oscar was nice and helpful and had prepared everything in a smooth way so that everything flowed well. Can highly recommend if you want to have a shorter stay in Lund and be close to most things and at the same time stay very nicely!

The accommodation is very good if you don't want to stay centrally in Malmö. By car, you can reach 25 minutes to both Malmö and Lund. We felt very comfortable; everything is clean, modern and new. Charlie and Johanna are very nice hosts. Communication was flawless and totally friendly! We definitely recommend the apartment.

We stayed there for a week and enjoyed it a lot. The place was very quiet in May and the beaches empty: perfect for a relaxing holiday. Check-in went smoothly with a predetermined number code. Anna was very helpful and answered questions in great detail before arrival. We accidentally left jewelry in the apartment and Anna was kind enough to send the items by mail.

Cissi was very kind and made us feel welcome. She always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was cozy, clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, too! It had a cute outdoor spot which we enjoyed and we were easily able to walk back and forth to central Lund (10 min.). Grocery store just across the road (open until 10pm) .

Absolutely loved this stay, a calm and welcoming home in a beautiful city.

Quiet area in the middle of a golf course. Good patio and nice nature around. A house with possibilities. Both Martin and Joel responded quickly and arranged what was possibly missing without any problems. Close to shopping center and to Malmö. Having a car is an advantage, a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Ideal location, lovely well equipped house, perfect for our requirements.

Nice little cabin that was a perfect fit for our weekend needs. Only downside was that nearby lake was not easily accessible on foot. But it has nothing to do with Simon and the place: -) We could book it again another time.

Our stay at Susannes house was perfect! She was able to accommodate us very spontaneously and everything immediately worked. If we had questions Susanne was able to answer very quickly and the house had everything you could need. You felt right at home. The surroundings were quiet and very beautiful. I cannot recommend Susanne enough. Thank you for a great time!

Very nice accommodation that has everything needed. The accommodation is very close to Rönnebäck's golf course which was why we stayed here.

Great place to stay for children and grandparents

The house was very modern and clean. I think Filip bought a babychair especially for us, which is very nice 😊. The pool was wonderful, nice and warm, we enjoyed it very much. Right on the border of the town where you have a supermarket and several playgrounds for kids but quiet with a wonderful view with bunny’s in the garden in the morning and dears in de fields in the evening 🥰, Filip was friendly en flexible, thank you for the nice holiday!

Lotte rented an elegant apartment in Malmö, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. With bright spaces, modern furniture and a balcony, the apartment offered both comfort and style, perfect for city life lovers.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well thought out, with everything you could need for a comfortable trip. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with local transportation very close to the house. The only small thing I’d mention is that having some slippers available would have been a nice touch. Other than that, everything was just right, and we’d happily stay here again.

Charming location in dynamic city.

My mom and I stayed at Amy’s home for a few nights in Malmo. It’s a beautiful and charming home to stay in. Everything was clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet building on a quiet street close to plenty of food and walkable to the center. We had an early arrival and Amy was able to accommodate us which really helped us out. She was responsive and very hospitable. Highly recommend her listing! We loved it.

Perfect accommodation! We were on a weekend trip to Malmo with our 9-month-old baby and the apartment was perfect for the purpose. There was a high chair, changing pad, toys and a cot, and plenty of room to romp around. Nice with the balcony in the evening when the child was put to bed. And the apartment is really well located next to the People's Park, which is so cozy and close to good cafes and restaurants! I highly recommend booking Chandrika's apartment.

David is a very nice and responsive host. We were there for 3 nights and we love the stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, although the space was not the biggest, we think there’s enough space for 4 adults for a good sleep. It offers a good location as well. Not forget to mention this place is well-equipped with everything you need - for cooking and laundry. Overall very recommended! 💯
