Family-friendly holiday rentals in Suwon-si

Mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und ich würde wieder bei ihm buchen.

가족들과 숙소에서 시간을 보냈습니다. 테라스에 가꾸신 꽃과 식물들이 멋졌고 수 많은 손님들이 묵고 간 만큼 친절함과 배려가 넘쳤습니다. 아기자기한 소품과 사진들이 많아 이야기를 많이 나눌 수 있던 숙소였습니다. 좋은 추억을 선물해주셔서 감사합니다. 행복하세요😍

Very clean, calm and cozy

We stayed with Mr. Dong for about 3 weeks with my sister and it was a great place to stay for the price. Even though it is a semi-basement, there is plenty of natural daylight which is a big advantage. Mr. Dong's place was very clean and has literally everything you need for everyday life. We stayed in December when it was quite cold outside. Mr. Dong's place was always warm as there are heated floors throughout the apartment which is great. We always felt comfortable there. Each bedroom has its own desk which made it a good place to work remotely. A small issue for us was the internet quality. Even though there were several Wi-Fi networks in the apartment, they did not always work as they should, but overall I would rate the internet quality as satisfactory. Mr. Dong's extremely caring attitude towards guests deserves special mention - he is always responsive and very easy to communicate with. Recommended stay for the price.

집 한채를 전체적으로 빌려쓰는데 적절했음 방 2개에 넉넉한 침대 싸이즈. 온돌로 따뜻하게 지낼수 있어 좋았음. 작은 아파트를 빌리는것보다. 성인 3명 이상이라면 이 집을 빌리는것을 추천합니다. 있는 동안 여유롭게 있다 갔습니다~

Fantastic host, she goes above and beyond to accommodate and very nice person. We’ve visited Seoul for Samsung medical center visit and this place is close enough and has all you need if you have the same purpose. Thank you, Jung, for everything! 덕분에 편안하고 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다

Nice apt that is close to buses and 양채 station. The host are really nice and check in was easy. They also changed my sheets which was really nice. There was an odd beeping sound that came from outside the apartment complex but nothing the host can really do about it. Ac is good and home is also close to convenience stores and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was exactly like the pictures. It had great AC and floor heating and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We stayed over a month and once every week, while we were out, our sheets were changed and we were given new towels. It was walking distance to busy Gangnam but just out of the way that it was still peaceful and quiet. We actually arrived a day early due to confusion with our country’s time difference, but they let us stay the extra night no problem! We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friend had five amazing week at Sungs place! Such a cozy apartment, with all the facilities we needed and weekly cleaning by the sweet housekeeper. Everything you need is basically around the corner, and with the bus and subway it’s easy to get to other city parts. Highly recommend this place to everyone, feels like a second home!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to offer support and recommendations, even with the little things. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. Best of all, the location is excellent — just a short walk to the train and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Highly recommended!

The host wasn’t very active during my stay, but I really want to highlight and appreciate Iya, who maintains the place. She came by weekly to clean and always left everything spotless. More than that, she was so sweet and friendly—she made the space feel like home and was welcoming like a friend. Her presence truly made a difference in my stay!
