The place was fantastic. The host was even more fantastic. I would go there just to visit with Erik again. Such a cozy place!!

My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house during a baseball tournament. It was conveniently located to the ballpark, and we loved going down to the river after a long day at the fields.

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! The location was perfect for visiting all the springs and it was quiet and private. Saw dear and wild turkeys in the yard and neighborhood. The kitchen had many extras and the pool and downstairs kitchen were fantastic! Great memories were made! Thank you for sharing your space!

amazing location, will say a bit dusty, fans on ceilings have good amount dust. the dishes were clean, floors are clean. some of the rugs are stained, the guest bathroom toilet paper holder hangs off the wall. beautiful view. thanks Troy!

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

We enjoyed the stay. Didnt bring a pet this time but i like the fenced un back yard for next time.

This was our second stay and we love everything about this spot! It’s a beautiful piece of property with everything you need to sit back and enjoy a weekend away. The host is always incredibly helpful and kind whenever we have had to communicate with them with questions or recommendations. If you’re looking for a place to escape too then you will not be disappointed with this spot! We will certainly be back again as soon as we can!

Great place to visit to get away from the busy city life. The amenities were a lot of fun to get away and unplug. We all loved riding around in the golf cart and exploring the area. Great owners and wonderful to work with!

We’ve been several times and the place never disappoints! Tucked away in the middle of nowhere but close to the water; we enjoyed watching the deer and listening to the rain hit the roof at night. It’s fully equipped too. We stopped and picked up stuff to cook for dinner and it was cooked at the cabin with supplies that were already there. It’s always a pleasure being here.

This place is fabulous. Here is some info based on my experience: -Owner is lovely and responsive. -2 Bedrooms- 1 has 2 singles, 1 has a queen. Ample bedding and pillows -Main area of the home is an open space divided into a kitchen and living area. Kitchen has ample cooking/eating items to use. Living area has a couch, a few other chairs and a TV. Counter top space between the kitchen living area with chairs around it for eating. -Off the living room is a large screened in porch with tables/chairs. -Internet, satellite TV, heat, and A/C all work. -A long raised deck connects the home to the water. In the winter, with the bare trees, we could see the river from the house. Plenty of space at the end of the dock to sit and enjoy the river. We had our paddle boards and did a few paddles between the house, Ichetucknee park (favorite was from north entrance to the house), and the Sante Fe River. Convenient to be able to put in/take out on the Ichetucknee! -We will return!

This was such a nice place to stay! Beautiful woods, nice walk to the river, with so many deer! Close to springs and so peaceful. Loved the outdoor shower!

The house and property was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all of us (7 adults and 2 kids). There were lots of kayaks and tubes at our disposal for the river. I would definitely stay here again!

In the perfect if you like going to natural springs and also need a quiet getaway! The house is so nice and the host is wonderful!! Highly recommend booking a stay.

This cozy and quaint cabin was exactly as described. Right in the heart of the land of the springs with deer sightings almost daily. There was so much to do within such a short distance we couldn’t even scratch the surface of activities available. Which means we must come back again and this is where we will want to stay!

Our group of friends from highschool (graduated 1977+/-) enjoyed the house and property for a reunion again this year. There were enough supplies in the kitchen to cook our meals. We particularly enjoyed the outdoors for hanging out and catching up together on the extensive deck. The property is quiet and private. We enjoyed walking, playing cornhole, golf and gathering around the fire pit. We are planning on coming back next year.

The cabin was well built and beautiful with real pine interior. The location was peaceful, and restorative. It was a good place to relax and enjoy nature. The Suwanee River is fed by a large number of clear springs and provides great family activities for everyone. The facility was good for indoor and outdoor activities. The proximity of the river on the property was excellent and had the possibility of a number of sports including fishing, kayaking, and boating. Just a mile away was a spring which had beside it a boat launch. There is also a new market just a few miles away.

We booked Jessica's Cabin for our kids who needed shelter from a hurricane. Jessica was extremely responsive to our questions and immediately accepted our request to book her cabin. While we didn't stay in the cabin ourselves, we heard that it was quaint and, given the circumstances, a lovely place to stay.
