Holiday rentals with a patio in Sutri

We had a fabulous short stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to the lake. Dragos was helpful and quick to respond to queries. The only disappointment was that there is a wonderful view from the terrace of the lake, but it is not possible to use it. We did ask, but apparently not.

Appartamento bellissimo, in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla metro. Tutto è arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, con finiture recenti e in tonalità chiare e piacevoli. La cucina è ampia e davvero ben attrezzata, con utensili, stoviglie e elettrodomestici di alta qualità. Il letto è comodo, con biancheria pulita e confortevole, e il bagno spazioso e curato. L’intero appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Andrea è stato un anfitrione eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci con consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

We spent 3 months staying at Airbnb's in Italy and this was by far the best! The apartment is beautifully furnished and generously stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cesare (and his housekeeper Belinda) was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and arranging for a quick mid-stay cleaning to keep everything neat and tidy. The Wi-Fi worked great and the building was very quiet. We enjoyed being a more residential neighborhood while still being an easy walk to Termini and the main historic sights. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

I stayed here for 8 nights while visiting Rome and really enjoyed it. The place was super clean and modern, which made it a great spot to come back to and relax after a day out. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the main sights, but I actually liked that. There were lots of supermarkets nearby, so shopping for groceries was easy and even kind of fun. I especially loved the pretty terrace with all the plants. Thanks for a great stay!

So glad we booked this apartment when there were no reviews yet..:) Superb location— you can walk to most attractions within 30m enjoyable walk. The meantime, once you are inside the apartment, it’s like an oasis, so quiet and peaceful. Everything is just like in the pictures, if not any better. The building itself is not in the best shape, but the apartment itself definitely makes up for it. For us, the best part of the apartment is the views— the sky , monuments, birds, buzzing streets all in one. 100% recommended.

Amazing location. Right near Trevi Fountain but still very quiet. Would book again!

La struttura e Host migliori che ho incontrato su Airbnb. Francesca e suo marito sono stati prontissimi, gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta, per nulla scontato. Il posto meraviglioso, casa bella, pulita e comoda e il giradino fantastico, curato con degli ulivi mozzafiato. Il nostro cane si è divertito tantissimo e noi insieme a lui. Avrei voluto che il weekend non finisse mai. Grazie a presto

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Petit coin de paradis, dans la campagne, avec le chant des oiseaux.Patio ombragé pour manger, se reposer, lire, jouer. Piscine magnifique entourée de lavande, dans un superbe jardin.Un endroit de rêve! Antonnella et Quirilio sont des hôtes charmants, prévenants et nous avons pris plaisir à bavarder avec eux. Un grand merci pour leur gentillesse. Jolies excursions à faire: la Faggeta del Cimino ( restaurant excellent la Baita);le lac de Vico; Viterbo et son magnifique centre historique; Orvieto et son célèbre Dôme..Des vacances merveilleuses.

We stayed in Lorenza's beutiful house only for 2 nights on the way to the rest of our journey. Everything was absolutely perfect and way better beyond our expectations.Located in a very peaceful location and surrounded by a wonderful garden the house offers plenty of tranquility to the guests.Inside,everything is taken care of by Lorenza to the slightest detail. There even was everything necessary for both of us for the two breakfasts we had during our short stay!!Everything was super clean and very well placed and nothing is missing.The area offers plenty of activities and places to visit even though we didn't manage to further exploit this advantage due to our very short stay.Lorenza certainly deserves the Superhost badge!We realised rather late we should have arrange our journey better and spend more time in Lorenza's house,something we'll definitely do next time,we needed at least another 5 days to appreciaate everything best way possible.Definitely recomended!!!

Krystyna was amazing. Her and her family were so sweet and welcoming to us. On top of that she was so understanding and very responsive to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in a beautiful space to relax and unwind.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

very pleased! could do with a few more glasses and the stairs to the roof top were narrow and may not suite all. Though these, are tiny negative's to an overall amazing place. Com's were also really good and helpful.

Fulvio è una persona eccezionale, si è reso disponibile in tutto ed in ogni momento. L’appartamento era identico alle foto e alle descrizioni e la posizione era buona, nel weekend magari un po’ immersa nella movida ma è giusto così visto che si trova vicino a molte università. I mezzi sono a 5 minuti a piedi e noi non essendo della zona abbiamo chiesto più volte a Fulvio, cioè l’host , che in modo immediato ci ha sempre dato consigli e informazioni. Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Roma, prenoterei nuovamente questo alloggio perché siamo rimasti tutti e 4 veramente soddisfatti e sorpresi , sia per l’appartamento che per l’host.

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The accommodations were fantastic, what a great location! The apartment felt like a home away from home with easy access to so many incredible sights. We enjoyed the ample space, comfortable bed, charming spiral staircase, and quiet courtyard.

My group of six had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the apartment. The terrace is spectacular, the apartment is perfectly equipped, the location is ideal, and Lorenzo and Richard graciously accommodated our request for an early check in. An exceptional space—highly recommend!

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Absolute exceptional airbnb experience at Marco’s place. The sunflower cottage is a beautiful and unique space, with everything you could hope for for a comfortable stay in Trevestere area in Rome. Marco was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly highly recommend this gem!
