It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

B&B "in the Land of Lime". Feel the outdoors

Renovated farmhouse with barn from 1901, formerly known as the "Kleine Pastory". The name of the B&B "in het Land van Kalk" refers to the various lime kilns in the area. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.

Our vacation home is located in Geistingen, a stone's throw from the Dutch border, where it is for young and old, with plenty of possibilities nearby. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy some tourist attractions, such as the day beach "De Steenberg", marina "De Spaanjerd", the Bastion and the Maasplassen. The white town of Thorn or Maaseik are also worth a visit.

't Appelke is a spacious vacation cottage suitable for 2 people in the beautiful hills. This cottage is built in the old dairy barn and has a spacious view over our campsite and meadows. There is also free WiFi here. The adjoining terrace is fenced; This apartment is a short distance from Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège. The MUMC+ and the MECC are 15 minutes away by car. In addition, it is an ideal base for hikers and cyclists.

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out.
