This place is beautiful and pristinely clean as well as spacious! We loved our stay and the facility was wonderful for the kids and our family. The only negative was the rude phone call after I expressed that I wasn’t interested in attending the timeshare presentation. I ended up just having to hang up the hotel phone after they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and the outdoor pool / hot tub were a hit!

Very close to Busch Gardens as stated and easy to find. The home was very clean and had lots of brochures for nearby activities and restaurants. Everyone including myself stated having had great sleep. The host is very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was a great place to take the family for a weekend vacation, they had everything you needed to stay occupied and very close to off site restaurants and shopping strips.

Monica and David are my favorite Airbnb hosts because EACH OF THEIR PROPERTIES ARE MARKETED EXACTLY HOW THEY LOOK. They are also CLEANED EXTREMELY WELL, and there are never any issues. I always enjoy my stay in their properties. I wish I could gatekeep them to myself, but I also understand it is a business. However, whenever I am in the area, I look specifically for their properties because they are simply the best.

Very friendly, helpful, flexible and I got tips what to do. Very nice area to stay also for longer. Close to Triangle (Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown). A lot of forest around to enjoy walks and the nature. Very nice house in a quiet area, free water, WiFi, own bathroom. You can have talks if you want. I felt very well all the time. It feels like home. Highly recommended. It was the right choice to stay here.

BY far the best Airbnb experience We've ever had. Very homey and comfortable. Lisa met us at the house and gave us the tour of the house. We forgot our fan and she went to her house to get one for us. Called to check in and see if we needed anything. We were 6 miles from Bush Gardens, 5 miles from the event center we needed to be at and about 10 miles from the Premium outlets. Very convenient to everything we needed, and wanted to get to. We would definitely rent this location again and highly recommend it to anyone. Lisa calls this the Holiday House and she means it. We were there at Easter and the whole house was decorated for Easter. She even left Easter candy for us and very lovely gift for our 5 year old Grandchild. The absolute perfect Hostess.

Dennis is home was very nice. Felt very homely house is secluded on a quiet road with a farm around it very close to the ferry convenient to get over to Jamestown.

She was able to get us in the same day! It was a great stay for the whole family.
