If you look for something relaxing and comfortable this is the place to be! The house is a wonderful architectural treasure! It is super well equipped and the area is fantastic! Elin was super nice and the contact was totally easy! We hope to come back one day! The property was so gorgeous and relaxing and exactly as pictured. Amazing amenities so there was plenty to do and incredible location on a stunning fjord. The host had great communication and proactively shared great hikes in the area. Definitely recommend 🤩

Everything was great, and we'd definitely stay there again. We stayed there for three nights. It's pretty spacious, with three separate bedrooms, and the host was always on hand and responsive. The cabin was clean, close to the road, had a charging station for the car, and a really nice jacuzzi with an awesome view—don't miss this one. You can also enjoy fishing and hiking at nearby spots.

It was super clean and the crib / highchair perfect! Great view and generally great place to stay.

We booked with only 1/2 hour notice and John immediately wrote back on our request. Helpful with local tips and we slept a lovely night in a soft and clean bed when we needed a night inside, after 10 days in the roof tent in the rain. Thanks for the great shelter! Mads

One of the most tranquil places to stay in Norway, off the beaten track, if you are looking to escape everyday life, book here. Definitely will return.

Very cozy cabin, rich in games, paddleboard, kayak, tennis, football, outdoor group with heating lamp, close to the sea/river, large garden and nice neighborhood. We had a very nice trip and would like to go back.

A beautiful chalet in the middle of nature but with full comfort! Very quiet and a wonderful view of the mountains! The large window with a direct view of nature is of course a highlight! Very clean and nothing was really missing in the furnishings, kitchen, dishes and bathroom! Kenneth was always very spontaneous and proactive for excursions... The ideal place for lovers of peace and nature... with a little luck you can see deer, rabbits and hear the cuckoo... Many thanks to Kenneth and Kirsti... it was wonderful! Definitely recommend...

We had the most pleasant days in the cottage! Beautiful cottage, really nice view and area. We took advantage of both the outdoor pool and the rowing boat, which was completely idyllic. John was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Can only be recommended, and we will gladly return.

Nice cabin with a beautiful area. Quite private if the cabins around are not frequented. Bring proper boots. It can get very wet from the car to the cabin :)

A simply gorgeous homely cabin! Beautifully decorated with a view to die for. Extremely generous outside area to enjoy the magnificent ever changing views. Kristin was very helpful and friendly from start to finish and went above and beyond. If we ever returned to Norway we would not hesitate to book here again. Staying here made an amazing trip even better.

Visited Solrun's cabin for the second time - we can't give better feedback!:-) Quiet, private, right by the sea - paradise on earth for 2 adults, a teenager and a child. Lake right out, forest right behind. Many "zones" outdoors - depending on the weather, sun, etc. Good beds and well-equipped cabin, really homey. Had an Apple TV that we connected to the TV and wifi so that we had access to all channels as at home. I highly recommend this cabin - we will definitely come back a third time.

A wonderful cabin with great views and a nice cozy jacuzzi with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Host was very kind and helpfull with recommendations and tips. Would gladly visit again soon. 😁
