What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Perfect, quite simply; Clean, well-equipped, comfortable, very close to shops, quiet, a terrace, smiling and friendly hosts with well-behaved and respectful children, we had an excellent week in the apartment for 3 and highly recommend it!

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

Perfect Airbnb! Quiet, with a private garden, garden furniture. Independent accommodation, very clean, very well arranged, impeccable furniture, impeccable bedding. Everything is good, spacious, comfortable. We'll be happy to come back.

With my husband, we had a great stay of 4 nights on the occasion of Roland Garros. Everything is perfect! The studio matches the description 100%. The terrace is very pleasant as is the very peaceful environment. Marie is very nice and warm. Communication before arrival and during the stay is perfect. We recommend!

The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in a modern area like La Defense. It is spacious and clean, and has all the necessary appliances. Totally recommended.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
