Elegant Epsom Flat in Period Building

Our spaces are designed solely for the use of our guests, not someone elses home rented while they are away for a while. Neither do we think of them as serviced apartments, we try to create spaces where you will feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. We do not cut corners and consistently invest in our properties to create an environment we would want to live in ourselves. We do charge a bit more but everything you need to run the apartment is in the price, whether its the bathroom toileteries, the dishwasher tablets and whatever you need for all the appliances and even the bathrobes and the hairdryers. We stock the fridge with the basics as we know the last thing you want to do after a long trip is to have to make that trip to the supermarket to buy that pint of milk. We like to welcome our guests personally on arrival, but if you wish checkin can be as easy as punching in the code into the lockbox outside the front door, And at departure, simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. No more anxious waiting at reception as someone departs to your room to audit what you said you had from the minibar. Our goal is to make travelling easier combining the comfort of a home from home with the attention to detail of a hotel. We are very grateful to the guests who have given us such kind feedback and we hope to welcome you to stay with us in Epsom in the future. Well essentially, its your home for the duration you are with us. You have the keys. You have access to the whole flat. Noone is going to show up unexpected. We have secure parking outside. We can provide additional services such as cleaning and bedding and linen change at a small extra charge on request and with advance notice we can provide surprise special touches for you on arrival for those important or romantic occasions. We are available at short notice to help with any issues which guests may face - though we will leave you to your own devices. For stays of 7 days or more we offer are least one cleaning and bedding change a week. The apartment is situated right in the town centre, so everything is available right outside the door. Major restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk, and it's close to the station. The location could not be better or more convenient. We have secure private parking and can accomodate 1 car per apartment. There are other parking options nearby most notably the Ashley centre which is a 5 minute walk. The station is about 300 metres away. Uber is pretty good and usually arrive in less than 10 minutes. The best local taxi firm in our view is Clocktower Cars which is in our House Manual.

Welcome to Applecourt, a lovely self-contained cedar-clad cabin with its own private drive and courtyard. Located just 1 minute away from the A3 on New Malden's Thetford Road, Applecourt is a perfect, relaxing get-away. Enjoy a jaunt down to the Surrey Hills, take in history at nearby Hampton Court palace or catch the train to Wimbledon only two stops away. (Last stop Waterloo!) A true haven away from home, enjoy the cherry blossom courtyard in spring and the juicy pink lady apples in summer!

Lovely flat in Greater London with a balcony

This is a 2-bed flat which I m renting as an entire propertry when I am on holiday as I love travelling, so availability is limited. Please note that, as this is not a professional rental, you will be staying in someone's home. The flat is in a lovely, quiet street, very centrally located in Kingston upon Thames. Within 5 mins walk, there is river Thames and Surbiton train station which gets you to Waterloo London station in 20 mins. Easy access to central London, Heathrow/ Gatwick airports.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This lovely ground floor flat has two bedrooms, one king size bed, the other a single bed. Set within a beautifully manicured garden, you will enjoy the tranquility of this bright and airy space, with views overlooking the River Thames to the front and a beautiful communal garden to the back. Recently modernised and finished to a very high standard, with all the mod cons to make your stay easy and convenient. A peaceful stay for couples.

A luxurious flat in a peaceful green & calm neighborhood. A 5m walk to Surbiton station, 5m walk to the Thames, and surrounded by boutique restaurants and cafes. The flat has been renovated to the highest standard and is deep cleaned by a professional cleaning company between stays. The extra large windows let plenty of light in and there is real wood floor throughout the flat. The kitchen is an open plan setting to the sunny living space where you can chill on the reclining lounge sofa.

A 17 minute train journey from Surbiton to London Waterloo, the flat is ideally situated just a stone's throw away from Surbiton station. It houses a John Broadwood & Sons baby grand piano, which is free to use on request. Surbiton is the best of both worlds - 5 mins walk to the river and close to some of the best parks in the UK (Home Park, Bushy Park, Richmond Park), yet still very well connected to central London. The last train from London Waterloo at 01:42 goes to Surbiton!

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.

Debbie's place was just perfect for our 2 night stay. Exactly as the description, it was beautifully clean and comfortable. Far enough outside London to be relatively peaceful, yet easy to reach London attractions, with the bonus of free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This residence was something very special. The host has created one of the best quality residential experiences in Kingston. The layout of the apartment was brilliant. Everything was spotless. The shower and bathroom were well stocked with everything I needed. The kitchen was supplied with high grade cooking facilities & every utensil required for a very comfortable stay. A convenient location, 10 mins walk from the station. This was a clean, quiet and peaceful street with free parking and lots of pleasant parks nearby.

We booked Trisha’s flat for 3 months for our daughter (study abroad student) We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Trisha went above and beyond our expectations, made us and our daughter feel a sense of security knowing she was always easy to reach and willing to answer any questions/concerns promptly. Happy to say there were no major issues, if any at all. The flat was spotless and wonderfully decorated, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom stocked with amenities. The flat was excellently located just around the corner from everything anyone would need, including the Surbiton train station 2min away (1 minute away if you’re a quick walker!) 25min train ride direct into London’s Waterloo station. The flat was close to shops, pubs, cafés, pharmacy (chemist), and also a short walk to the Thames waterfront with the Queen’s Promenade lined with even more restaurants and pubs, leading into city centre of Kingston-Upon-Thames. We can’t say enough about Trisha and her flat! Wonderful!!!
