This homestay is really homie, there are lots of amenities and facilities, there are even things I brought from home that I didn't use, like mosquito nets, prayer mats and others. It's complete, and the price is really worth it

The house is very well located; it is in a residential, safe area with many green spaces. It is easy to get from there to several points of the city. The house was clean and matched the description and photos in the ad. Michelle was a very good host, she answered all our messages very quickly and allowed us to stay with our dog. Also, his brother Michael was very kind at check-out. Our stay was very short, however we felt comfortable. It's a very good place to spend a few days in Surabaya.

The place is comfortable, it's just that the air conditioning in the room is not cold. It looks like you need maintanance. Then it can be equipped with basic furniture such as a closet for the room, a water dispenser and hangers in the bathroom.

Clean, got a good view, no water heater, cutlery available but when we stayed there was only 1 cup/cup for tea/coffee and 2 pcs of spoons.

I had such a great stay here while working on my photography project. The place was clean, and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. The host was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially for my specific schedule for check in and out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, Thank you!

The house if perfect for big family. The location is also easy to find. We really enjoying our stay.

What we liked the most is the warm and fast response everytime we need assistance before and during my trip, they even helped us to find the house location when we checked in at 12PM. The house itself is clean and located in the heart of the city. Thank you for accomodating us!

Thank you, Felix, for providing such a nice place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen – everything we needed was there. There were also plenty of towels provided, which was very convenient. The staff was very polite and made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. However, although the house itself is nice, the maintenance could be improved. The small garden in front of the wall was overgrown with weeds, and one of the gate lights had fallen and was left unattended. There was no water heater, but it wasn’t a big issue for us – the water was pleasantly warm and refreshing, especially in Surabaya’s climate. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little more care in upkeep, this place could be even better. Thanks again!

The hosts were very quick to respond and the support team was always ready to help if I needed anything. The house itself was spacious and very nice, perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s located on a busy road and stands by itself, which made access a little inconvenient, but the area is actually quite convenient overall, with Pakuwon and other main places nearby. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large, private space in West Surabaya 👍🏼
