Our cozy 50m2 apartment is located in the Orcasitas neighborhood, in the southwest area on the outskirts of Madrid. The city center (Sol) is about 13km away, approximately 30/40 min by transport or 20 min by car. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy your visit in Madrid as a tourist or for business trips. Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The hidden compartment

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We have been Airbnb hosts for years, renting the attic of our own house. As it had no independent entrance we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue welcoming guests with more intimacy, as we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!
