It was an absolute delight to return to the cute boudoir! Just like the first time, its charm and comfort enveloped us from the moment we stepped inside. The thoughtful little touches and the overall cozy atmosphere made for another wonderfully relaxing stay. It truly feels like a little sanctuary, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway!

The stay was great. We were walking distance to Kings Beach precinct. The flat was a great “beach” experience, definitely got the 80s vibe with a modern twist. Gorgeous ocean views. This is definitely one we will come back to.

A beautiful private location close to great restaurants in walking distance. Accommodation is very clean and modern. Have stayed there before and will stay there again. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

Communication was great right from the initial booking, all questions were answered promptly. The space is perfect for couples or small families, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and amenities. The rooftop was an added bonus we really enjoyed of an evening Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Coolum

A lovely relaxing unit that was spotless. Could hear the waves at night. Easy walking to cafes and boat club. Loved the boardwalk and my dog enjoyed walking along there. Unfortunately the beach not dog friendly but the grassy areas were suitable to sit and look out to the ocean. Everything provided and lovely linen. Hosts were friendly and responded immediately to my question.

A wonderful long Easter weekend break spent at an even better place. Location was amazing, walking distance to everything with our kids (8 & 4) having no issues. Playground so close to the apartment as well as the beach, restaurants and Coles. We were very welcomed with so many little thoughtful details in the apartment. Everyone slept comfortably in our beds and we rate cleanliness highly. Couldn’t have asked for a better time away and kids are already planning their next stay. Thank you so much for making our holiday unforgettable.

Stayed for 5 nights for a girls time away. Apartment is very comfortable in every way. Good kitchen ( not that we cooked). Comfy beds with great bathrooms with everything you would need. Only downside is in the second bedroom the foyer light is on 24 hours and the window coverings don’t block the light sufficiently. Hard to get used to when you’re used to a dark room. But certainly not a deal breaker. Lovely decor and the position was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful garden and pool and beach was literally 20 steps away. Through a beach path. Perfect for a young family. Parking is under building and is very tight and difficult to get in and out of if you have a large car. Otherwise I would recommend to anyone. And I would definitely stay again next time I visit.

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

This a compact unit but with everything we needed. It only has a slight sea view if you stand on the balcony but is otherwise very well positioned. We used our GoCards by train to Landsborough then the connector bus (no. 615) to the bus stop less than 200 metres from the unit. And just 50 cents for the whole journey each! Only one block from the Esplanade where are many restaurants. The 600 bus takes you north to Maroochydore where you can shop at Sunshine Plaza, go to the movies etc or south to Caloundra. A great stay, we would happily stay again.

We absolutely loved visiting this magical spot and will definitely stay there again. Stephen was friendly, accommodating and flexible and the most impressive B&B host we have experienced. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean and we felt comfortable straight away. The resort offered a variety of fun things to do while we stayed that we didn't need to venture outside of the resort for entertainment. We had 2 teenagers and a 9 year old who never got bored because of all the activities. The beautiful kangaroos that graced you with their presence in the evenings adds to the magic found at Stephens B&B. Stephen was so understanding and allowed for early check in and late check out which made us feel like we had an extra day and we felt staying here we got great value for our money we spent. Amazing, can't praise Stephen and his beautiful home enough. Everyone had a ball! Thank you Stephen from all of us.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, amazing views and had everything you’d need for a perfect getaway. The beds were super comfy, and it was such a great location. The apartment itself was really clean and tidy! We’d book back in a heartbeat! We loved that we could check in late at night because of flights & it was really easy to find, had the sun been shining, we’d have taken full advantage of the pool area! Make sure if you stay, you check out The Booley for coffee just down the road! So close to Mooloolaba (we even walked it in the rain!) and easy peasy to get to Sunshine Plaza too. Thanks so much to Cat and Rubes who also helped us during our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

What a beautifully appointed space for our Pre Wedding photos and Post Wedding mini moon. From the close proximity to the beach in the day to the comfy beds at night ,this place did not disappoint.. Thoroughly recommend. 10/10

My husband and I stayed at Myschel and Marks place for a week (with our 18 month old). The apartment is in a great location with easy beach access and walking distance to the surf club, coffee shop, playground, and a quick drive to an IGA. Communication was great and check in was flexible. Would definitely recommend a relaxing beach escape here!

The apartment is cozy yet spacious at the same time - perfect for families with children. The view from the balcony is impressive, it's a real pleasure to have a meal or a drink with a direct view on the ocean. The location is within walking distance from beaches and the Mooloolaba esplanade with numerous restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful holiday!

We had a great time at Kaye’s place. Wonderful location on the ocean front with lots to do and great restaurants. Kaye was very accommodating of an early check in, and after a 17 hour flight, it was very much appreciated!! Dedicated car park was a bonus. We even enjoyed the colorful lorikeets that greeted us every morning and night. Highly recommend Kaye’s place.

Alex’s place was a wonderful place to stay in Golden Beach and plenty of room to relax and had everything you needed to enjoy for a nice get away.

We loved our stay - unit was spacious, clean and all immediately felt at home. A lovely water view and large patio. Super comfy main bedroom with large bed. Walkable to Mooloolaba. Such accommodating, responsive and kind hosts!! Highly recommend, would stay again next time we’re on the sunny coast.

Michele's place was absolutely beautiful. It felt extremely private, had a great little fully enclosed yard for our dog, it was super quiet and the place was spotless. Michele was very quick to respond to messages. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Loved our stay in the tribal unit. Great spot right across from the beach! Despite the weather, we enjoyed the space - such a nice vibe to relax and unwind. Special attention to detail and so accommodating for our baby. Highly recommend 😍

Everything about Alina's place was perfect. Beautifully appointed, super comfortable and immaculately clean, an easy walk to the beach and with spectacular views in all directions - we were in heaven!
