Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunnybank Hills

Laura was very helpful, fantastic communication. Place was lovely modern and clean. Will love to stay again, hopefully it won’t be another 12years before our next big holiday.

We had a great three night stay at Brett's place. It was an easy drive to the places we wanted to visit and we'll positioned for our departure south west towards Toowoomba. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it to make a few meals at home. We walked up to a local coffee shop a few times and also did a longer walk down to the river, where we caught the RiverCat ferry into Brisbane CBD without having to worry about or pay for parking. The walk back to Brett's place uphill was a bit more challenging but manageable even for us (reasonably fit retirees). Very quiet location in a residential street. We'd be very happy to stay again.

Host was awesome, place was beautiful and close to a lot of things.

We enjoyed our stay at Joy's place. The house is very large and great for groups. The kids room and trampoline was much loved by our little one. The location is fantastic being a short stroll to Woolloongabba bus station and the house was very clean. Joy was very friendly and accommodating on our check in day which was greatly appreciated! A great hub to stay at closeby to the city with a beautiful view too!

I booked Lauren's place to stay for my family, Lauren was extremely responsive, allowed a last minute early check in (thankyou so much), the home was beautiful, clean and tidy and was close by to the event we were attending.

A nice stay at the hideaway house. You can’t miss the bathtub. The shampoo and conditioner is perfect suit for my hair. It’s a beautiful place we four spent a wonderful 9night here.

We had a fantastic stay at The Nook! Roger and Jenny were very hospitable and friendly, thinking of every small detail. We came to see family, so it was a busy time for us and we didn’t get to meet our hosts, however they were very responsive with clear instructions throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Annie‘s place in South Brisbane and hope to stay again. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to supermarkets and cafes, 10 minutes to the Southbank Beach and the start of the Arts precinct, 10 minutes in the other direction to the fabulous cafes and shops of Boundary Street in West End. You can comfortably walk into the city in 20 minutes. It is also very well supported by public transport. We stayed for nine nights and did not need a car at all. The house is beautifully decorated, with interesting art and books. And as people who really enjoy cooking we found the house very well set up, with all necessary equipment and generous supplies. Beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze with coded access and no need for keys. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

Absolutely beautiful central place .. comfortable bed , breakfast provisions , so close to everything. Super clean .. lovely bathroom products. Everything one needs for a night away .

We had a great time staying at David and Cecilia's place. The BnB was spacious, clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a short walk to the train station. If we are ever in Brisbane again we will be looking to stay here again.

Lucinda is truly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She was always so warm, supportive, & accommodating to all my requests. She was clear and prompt in her communications with me, and was so thoughtful in stocking up the house with all the essentials / pantry items that I needed for my stay. Lucinda’s place is a beautiful, cosy, and tranquil home away from home. Her home was truly a safe space for me - the energy in her house was quiet, peaceful, & nourishing. Felt like home the moment stepped into the house. The house is well maintained and fully equipped with kitchenette and snacks. The hosts are helpful, responsive and attention to details. They have considered all aspect of what travelers need, specially for family with Kids. We had a pleasant stay here in Brisbane. Thanks for making this trip memorable.

Leesa was an a amazing host, the unit was superb. Awesome location, across the Rd from the Gabba and only a 10 min uber from Suncorp where we enjoyed the NRL magic round. Leesa was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs of the apartment is our new favourite. I could not highly recommend the unit and Leesa if your ever need accommodation in Brisbane. Looking forward to returning soon.

Great place - neat, clean and tidy, great food options in the complex, very convenient access to the city by bus. Undercover secure parking was fantastic. Host was very personable, met me at the property and walked through key things to be aware of. All in all would definitely stay again!

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

For a long stay, I had every need not only met, but expectations exceeded as a result of my hosts thinking ahead of the extra amenities I would require for a long stay. It was a true home away from home. Jeff was a gentleman. He and the co-hosts present a very thoughtful and comfortable product for guest enjoyment. Woolworths Metro was around the corner and complimented the apartment perfectly. You couldn't find a more convenient location to stay and discover Brisbane by Ferry. the river walks are also breathtaking in Teneriffe. Eating out, cafe culture, and socialising opportunities are plentiful in this area. book this place!

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

From the start Nazmus was very accommodating and showed us to his air bnb when we were lost in the nearby shops on arrival, told us a couple nice places to go and a few ideas on where we should visit, always responded, always accommodated. Thanks heaps Nazmus

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Always a pleasure to stay here. It’s the only place I stay at if it’s available when coming over to Brisbane. My home away from home.

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!
