House holiday rentals in Sunningdale

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We stayed in a newly refurbished home that was immaculate. We were there whilst having renovations done on our own home not far away so already know the area very well. It was a home away from home and we had everything we needed.

We had a mini holiday here with our 3 year old grandson and the lodge was perfect for us. The location was peaceful and safe for a toddler but within easy reach of Guildford and the many things to do in Surrey. The lodge was easy to find and has a dedicated free parking space next to the front door. It was very clean and tidy and exactly as described. We appreciated the easy flexible access so that we could get straight in when we arrived. The owner was extremely helpful giving us useful information and answering questions before our stay. I would certainly stay at the lodge again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This is our second stay at Four Winds and it definitely won't be our last! Everything here is perfect - the lovely annexe itself is spacious, extremely well equipped, gorgeous bed linens and fluffy towels. Just like the last time we stayed here, it's the additional activities and surrounding space that really elevate this place. The games room and the swimming pool are absolutely amazing, as is the grounds, and the woodland walks straight from the front door. Communication was excellent throughout. Thank you so much - we'll be back!

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

I had a wonderful stay! The host provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. The location offered a great sense of privacy while still being very accessible to the city centre. The space was sprawling and definitely value for money. The host was generous, accommodating, and always quick to respond with helpful information. Would absolutely stay again!

Great home in Windsor. Comfy beds and clean decor. Lovely modern lighting and well done updates to an historic building. Very friendly and welcoming host and great place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants, Windsor Castle, and just across from the long walk. Overall great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sandra’s place and it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more – from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy bed and sofa bed, it felt like home. The location was perfect, just a short journey to Ascot. This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

An absolute gem of a find. We had a local wedding at Stoke Farm Barn to go to and this provided the perfect base being only 5 mins away. The entire place is spotless and really beautifully appointed. It's clearly been recently done up and they've truly got everything right. I think the only thing I would say is the beds are rather low and my elderly parents found that a bit challenging, but I really am picking at straws there. Superb place and wonderful hosts. Great Place. Really enjoyed the stay

We had a lovely stay in Windsor. Our hosts were extremely responsive and made us feel like we could just relax and enjoy our stay. The house also smelled amazing with these beautiful diffusers!

This was the best holiday experience ! It was such a tranquil and beautiful setting we were instantly relaxed and felt at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect, really couldn't wish for more. The bed was comfy, with amazing views of the river as soon as you opened your eyes. The decor was tasteful and chic, it felt very upmarket and spotless. All in all a super five star experience with friendly and dedicated hosts, we will definitely return.

Tilehurst cottage is the perfect location to access attractions such as Windsor and Legoland. The house itself is wonderful- all the amenities you need, spotlessly clean and a lovely garden. My daughter is still talking about the pirate ship bedroom- she loved it! Also great space for spending time as a family, cooking and eating together and enjoying the garden. We also really appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness of Frederic and team re check in and answering questions during our stay Just brilliant, would highly recommend

This lovely house is set in a small, gated community in a quiet countryside location with easy access to main roads and motorways. You are only a few minutes walk from the village centre and a variety of excellent pubs. The property is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. This was our first time at the house and we hope not the last! A great find.
