The cabin is 120 sq.m. and was completed in spring 2020 . The cabin has very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 - originally from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, laundry room and sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and a boat and canoe can be purchased, but must be ordered separately. In order to fish in the water, you must buy a fishing license. The cottage is located at Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley comes one to Gaular Mountain and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction lies Førde with 13000 inhabitants

Halvardhytta - Fjærland Cabins

Cottage with astonishing view in tranquil surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowboat is available during the summer months. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. No dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating in the floor. Living room with lounge group, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking at the cabin during summer.

Welcome to our little gem located right by Holsavatnet 20 min east of Førde in the direction of Gaularfjellet. Here you have a great starting point for hiking,fishing and not least swimming since the cabin is right on the water. If you also have the opportunity to borrow a canoe and kayak(quiet we require that you have a kayak class on- for your own safety.) Vests and fishing equipment we have available. Short distance to experiences both to Gaularfjellet, Jølster, Førde and Sunnfjord. Otherwise, there are nice stools close to the cabin

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. In this cozy cabin you live in beautiful natural surroundings. River and mountain views from the window and on the tarassen. Nice hikes nearby, including Vallestadfossen waterfall which is 500 meters away. mountain hikes are also nearby. Below the cabin it is possible to fish trout (small) in the river. This free. Nearest town is Førde which is 30 mins away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 meters away from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full job and have four small children.

Old lumber room from 1880. Idyllically located by Haukedalsvatnet. Peaceful area, with beautiful nature and many opportunities for experiences. The house is located on a small farm. Here on the farm lives a dog, a cat and four rabbits, all of which are possible to greet. Haukedalsvatnet has good fishing opportunities and here is the opportunity to rent a boat, as well as fishing rods. Experience the international tourist road through Viksdalen. Viksdalen consists of many hiking opportunities, and experiences worthwhile.

Simple but cozy cabin at Langestølen on Gaularfjellet. The cabin is in the middle of Fossestien. Many possibilities for mountain trips, fishing for trout, swimming and enjoying nature. Here you can cuddle with cows, sheep and goats. It is also possible to rent a boat in fleire water. The cabin has a toilet in the barn, not electricity, not installed water. But there is water from the stream right by, and gas burner for cooking. Parking right by the cabin. Great for couples or 2 adults and 1 child.
