Hytta er lokalisert på en høyde ved enden av Åndgårdsvatnet, skjermet sted med flott utsikt. P- plass til 4-5 biler. Innredning og utstyrsnivå tilsvarer et vanlig bolighus. Fint turterreng og skiløype som passerer like ved. Veldig fin og sentral lokasjon med tanke på toppturer, og for den som ønsker å gå for Okla er det bare å gå ut døra og spenne på seg skia. For den som liker fisking er det ca 150m ned til vannet. Hytta er i bruk av familien og leies ut i perioder.
