The house has a large common room as well as the lawn down to the water, providing ample opportunity for plenty of play and activities. The lovely bathing water also invites you to a trip on the summerhouse's sup boards. Enjoy your morning coffee in your shelter, and the sunset over the lake inside under the covered terrace with a built-in fireplace.

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Cottage with private beach and jetty at Sunds Sø. Here you get an entire house overlooking Sund's lake, with plenty of room for the whole family. There is space for relaxing outside and inside, playing in the enclosed garden as well as on the lake. You will have access to a private beach with a jetty shared between only four houses on the road, so you can enjoy the water and sun in peace and quiet.

Luminous property with room for many.

Really nice light property located in quiet surroundings. Great for kids, as there is a large playroom of 140 m2. The property is off the road and there are usually also some animals that would like to talk to if you're interested. In 2007 240 m2 will be renovated, and it is this department that we will let you stay in. It's all heated with underfloor heating.
