The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten möchten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Fahrräder haben einen Abstellort auf dem Grundstück, ihr Auto einen eigenen Stellplatz.

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Unsere Ferienwohnung eignet sich besonders gut für Mädelsausflüge, Freundinnenzeit genauso wie für Familien. Auch Wanderfreunde und kleine Gruppen sind bei uns gern gesehene Gäste. Wir können bis zu 7 Personen beherbergen. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum See. Hier könnt ihr herrlich entspannen und auch Spaß am und im Wasser haben. Oder ihr sucht die Ruhe des Waldes auf, lauscht den Vöglein und den Bächen, dem Rascheln der Blätter im Wind...
