Angela was very responsive throughout our stay. we were on a mini w/e holiday with me doing a meeting at short notice. There was a little hiccup on our behalf and she called me right away to address it and was more than polite & understanding. All though our stay was short, this was our first experience in CHCH and I can happily say that it was the bestest short vacay we have ever had. Even on these cold nights the house was super warm, rooms were very spacious and the property was very local to things, neighbourhood is beautiful. Over all would definitely recommend. Had a wonderful stay at Gabby's house. Stunning views despite moody weather, that changed every morning. We were amazed at how warm and cosy the house was! The home comfortably housed our family gathering that consisted of three families and 3 kids. Gabby kindly ensured the bed arrangement would work for us prior to our arrival. The beds were super comfy, there were ample toys and games to keep everyone entertained, and the layout was perfect for us. Having access to Netflix was a bonus. The kitchen was superbly well stocked and we enjoyed making meals during our stay. Big props to the vege garden - and the fruit trees will be amazing once they are mature. We loved the Charteris Bay area and Gabby was so responsive to local queries over the Easter weekend.

Great central location and very much liked that each floor had its own ensuite and bed. Good for some privacy. Excellent facilities as well, like your own private holiday house.

Mayie, Judi and Karen were very attentive hosts. When we had any questions, they were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay at the house, which was as described in the listing. The house has a lovely, airy feel to it and it was great for our long-term stay. No complaints here.

Our family of four stayed for two weeks. Home away from home. We were very comfortable staying at Dane’s Airbnb. Felt safe in gated complex. Carpark included. Friendly and respectful neighbours. Children played in common areas together. Great location for our needs. Food places within walking distance. Extremely responsive host. Clean and tidy unit. Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Christchuch. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in a very tranquil setting. The suite was perfect; lots of room, private and it had everything we needed and more. Without a car I wasn’t sure how easy this place would be to access but it was a short walk (uphill) from the bus stop. Loved our stay and how friendly, accommodating and helpful Jen was.

Very handy to the airport, especially for early morning flights. Place heated up really quickly.

This place is 5 star! The house is very comfortable with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and is fully equiped - down to coffee pods for the coffee machine. Reverse cycle A/C (aka 'heat pump') means that the house was easily kept comfortably warm. Wood and kindling are provided for the fireplace. Off street parking is secure (behind an automatic gate). We didn't use the barbeque, the outdoor dining area, spa pool, gym equipment in the garage, or the skateboard ramp.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

Great place to crash overnight on our way south. Helpful and responsive hosts. Comfy beds and clean space.

The house was perfect for our travelling volunteers to stay in while they were in town for a course. They loved the warm & comfortable space and would happily stay there again 🙂

This is a great place in the city for a very fair price! We were so comfortable and the space was bright, funky and so clean! Lexia was very flexible with our dates and we are very grateful… we would definitely stay again!

Janee's place was an ideal location for us close to family. It was quiet & peaceful, next to a park. A very efficient heat pump kept it warm & cosy for winter. It was very clean & tidy & had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Thanks Janee.

Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.
