Beautiful home. Had a great getaway - would definitely stay here again

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts for this unforgettable experience!

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood that had great view of the strip at night. The home was clean and in a safe quiet area, plenty of amenities provided. Host was responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

House was amazing the back yard with the pool and all the outdoor games was my favorite. Nice neighborhood. Loved everything about this house inside and out.

Arree’s home was exceptional clean, stylish, and incredibly well-located just minutes from the Strip. The space was thoughtfully furnished, and every detail felt deliberate and high-quality. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe perfect for relaxing after a day out. You can tell Arree takes pride in hosting. Would gladly stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Great place everything matches photos/description

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, located in a great area, and looks exactly as photographed! We held a small family reunion in this house, and it was definitely a great time. The pool was utilized and enjoyed under the Vegas sun. Will definitely stay at another property if they have more options!

We decided to not stay on the strip this time and stayed here instead for 5 nights. We enjoyed it very much. Was much better having normal price restaurants to eat at which were right down the street. The few times we did go downtown it was only a $20 Lyft ride each way or we took the rental car. Went to Red Rock Canyon twice, which was only about 15 minutes away. Red Rock Casino let's you buy a pool day pass for $30. Overall a much more relaxing stay compared to the strip. The house was very clean and had all the basic amenities. Would stay again.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was so clean and all ehw amenities were awesome! the pool was great! The location is centrally located to get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Nubar’s place while in Vegas for 5 nights. The place was wonderful! Extremely tidy and welcoming and felt very homely. The pool was clean and easy to adjust the temperature. Nubar was always responsive and helped with any questions we had. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again!

We live in Las Vegas and needed a great place to stay while we were having repairs done to our home. Felt very much at home in this property. Very clean home, easy check in/out, quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to work from home for a week.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Gloria was very responsive to questions and dealt immediately to any issues. The area was quiet and close to all amenities. This was the first time we stayed in a home rather than a condo. I enjoyed being in a house instead. Would love to stay again.

I Want to thank Ari, she is absolutely an amazing hosts. Very Responsive and her instructions were very clear. This home is so beautiful, me and my children wished we could’ve stayed longer. Very nice heat warming pool and spa. The gas grill was easy to operate. This home have all the amenities that you need and want. Local stores in the surrounding area less than 10 mins away and also Red Rock Casino is less than 10 mins away. This was absolutely a fun trip I enjoyed with my family and any issues I had Ari was quick to respond and help resolve any issues. I will definitely be coming back again and rebook with Ari. This property is in a serene neighborhood and allows all the privacy one needs. It is easy to access with a clean, bright interior. The host was prompt to respond, attentive to our needs, kind. We would definitely recommend it to others, especially if one is looking for the perfect spot to unwind after a busy, full of excitement day in Las Vegas.

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The decor was super cute and made the space feel cozy and inviting. The pool was amazing (I spent so much time swimming and relaxing out there). And the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Honestly, such a great stay. I’d 100% come back!

Lora's house is in a nice, quiet area. Check-in was easy and the house was clean and welcoming. Great location that's close to downtown Summerlin and only a 20 minute drive to the strip. For a family of five, it was nice to have a big house instead of a small hotel room. The house is spacious and open and we loved the kitchen. We ate out and also cooked some meals at home. There's a trampoline in the backyard for the kids. Overall a fantastic place and I would stay here again. As for Las Vegas, The Sphere and Hoover Dam were highlights and I'd recommend going to both. Our favorite place to eat was Bagelmania. Can't wait to come back to Las Vegas and hopefully stay at Lora's place again!

I had a great stay at Miguel’s place with my two daughters. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. Miguel was extremely communicative and responsive the entire time. Anytime an issue came up — like the fan or the microwave light — he took care of it the very next day without hesitation. He was never resistant to fixing things and went out of his way to be helpful and supportive. The environment was peaceful, the backyard was beautiful, and we felt safe and secure with well-lit surroundings and secure locks. I also really appreciated having access to the garage for parking — it gave me extra peace of mind. I truly wish I could have extended my stay, but the listing was already booked. I would absolutely stay here again. Great host, great communication, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you, Miguel!
