This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer swimming season (July and August), the sea house opens and the BBQ restaurant next door will be lively until about 21 o'clock at night. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train running. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. There are old Japanese "row houses" in Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi.We designed a unique accommodation in T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando.The outline of a small roof harmonizes with the appearance of the neighborhood, and a metal facade creates a contrast with the surroundings.At the same time, the concept of “shared housing” blends privacy with a central garden to facilitate interaction between residents.
