Large and spacious apartment on the ground floor of the single dwelling in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly refurbished kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to the sea and mountains, with lovely views over fjord, mountains and Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and surrounding areas. Possibility to rent motorboat(40hp) and fishing equipment/water ski/Tube

The apartment is suitable for many types of guests: couples who want a quiet weekend trip, families visiting, or people on business trips in the area. We offer flexible agreements and prices for longer rentals for business trips. Here you live centrally in Spjelkavika, just a few minutes from Moa shopping center, cinema, swimming pool and great hiking opportunities. There is a short distance to both light trails and mountain areas for skiing and outdoor activities. The city center is about 10 minutes away by car. Although the public transport offer is good, we recommend a car.

The apartment is fully equipped, has a porch and a lovely view. Nice walking areas in the immediate vicinity. Free parking, and electric car charger can be borrowed by agreement. It is possible to rent a boathouse area, with fishing equipment, 2 sup boards and fire pit..This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

Enjoy the view and meals on the unobstructed terrace. You can swim and fish right from the quay or rent a motorboat. The place is just outside the amazing Ålesund! Short distance to Langevåg where you will find outlet stores, cafes and handicrafts. With a speedboat from here you are in Ålesund city center in 10 min. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and its own sauna. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and otherwise has what you usually need.
