When we came to this place, the place is good, beautiful quite, peacefull, also comfortable. There is a gas stove, bbq tools, complete cooking tools also the refigerator and the dispenser. But i think the village keeper (Bu Kaja) need to extra clean this place because of dust, because we still need to remove the dust before we can insert this place.

The place is comfy. With big living space. Completed kitchen utensils plit. The host is also friendly. Especially the villa mamang The villa is a bit located in the corner of the complex facing the usual village, it feels like you can't see the beautiful view hehehhe... But it's treated by the grgr so it's close to the stalls you just need anything, just triak around the pager and the stall comes out. The villa is higher than the village so it's still really okay. The swimming pool is not too far away.. Okay, especially with a very friendly price

Great place, since it is in the village. And it was hard for us to fine a hotel or a nice place to stay. But thank's to Rika.., we found her villa. It give us what we needed and meet our expectations. The place is clean, quite spacious and have big garden with many plants.., it was fun and comfortable to stay there with my kids.😇

Special thanks to Bu Yati, the villa caretaker, who was also very friendly and always ready to help. The villa itself is a hidden gem – very private, surrounded by fresh and cool air, and meticulously clean. It’s incredibly spacious, with plenty of rooms and generous living areas, making it perfect for both family gatherings and corporate events. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the option to BBQ adds a fantastic touch to the stay. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly this place is. Our furry friends were beyond happy, running around freely in the expansive outdoor space. We genuinely hope to return here one day. This place is an absolute gem in the Puncak area. Highly recommended! Bravo! 👏

We were a group from England who wanted to see the situ gunung area and stay locally to it and found this spot relatively close. Hosts were great and helped us organise aspects of our trip and even managed to get some local green wine for us to try. Location is in a fairly quiet area, there are restaurants and shops nearby though, to go to situ gunung it's better to take a lift rather than walk. it's in a good location to walk and explore the surrounding area rio, and the view from the swimming pool is superb. Kitchen is fairly basic but up to Indonesian standards.

If you want to stay in the quiet, clean, tidy and beautiful view places, in pelabuhan ratu area the belasun is a great idea. You also can enjoy the swimming pool in belasun or you can go to the pelabuhan ratu beaches only a few meters from belasun for swimming at the sea.

It was a great experience to stay at villa armsberg. We got very good service, homny villa, friendly elderly and toddler, many games we can do to fill the holiday time. But from all that, we are really grateful to Pak Cahya who was very helpful to our family by finding a mechanic on Sunday when your vehicle was in trouble. So that the vehicle issue can be resolved properly and we go home safely. Thank you for the nice hospitality.

this place is great. excellent for bigger groups like corporate retreats and extended family vacations of 15+ pax with cousins and grandparents. bedrooms are big. toilets are clean. they provide towels and bath soap and shampoo, but not toothbrush so bring your own. this place is near Indomaret convenience store so you can get toiletries there. It has got many amenities from a half basketball court to a badminton court to a ping pong table and a karaoke sound system. they also have a basketball, badminton net, and couple of ping pong bats if you wanna borrow them. the WiFi is decent for checking emails but not enough for videoconferencing. however it's not their fault, it's limited by the provider available. Henrietta is also very responsive. we're very happy and we'll book here again for future big holidays.

The house is neat, the extra environment mattress is comfortable, the location is easy to reach and find, only the cooking furniture, and the plates and glasses are old, they need to be replaced. Highly recommended

this is a very recomended villa. hospitality is okay all bathrooms use water heaters/hot water I didn't expect to get such good amenities. won't regret it Each room has an extra bed that is queen-size. So a maximum of 12 people. The villa is very clean..
