Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Suginami City

I stayed here for almost a month as a solo minimalist traveler (small carry on roller bag, small backback). Plenty of space for me around the room and on the bed size in the room. Actually pretty good size room for Japanese apartment, especially with the closet area. Since there was 1 bed, I would say a couple could comfortably stay here. Location was easy to find. Easy check in and out. Overall had a great stay. The walls could use some new paint but the place was otherwise very clean when I arrived. My only real initial worry was the listing said high speed wifi, but my numerous speed tests I would not classify as high speed. That said, it was just enough for me to do the remote work I needed. Thankful it was in-room WiFi and not Pocket WiFi. If the speed could be improved this location and room are perfect for me. I didn't have much need to message the host, but when I did they were very responsive at booking and onwards. If the price stays reasonable I will stay here again.

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s place. We were a short walk from train stations and fun neighborhoods. Jenny was super quick to respond to any of our inquiries. She is kind and thoughtful, providing us with some of her local recommendations. I would definitely recommend this space.

Great host who gave clear instructions on how to get there which was helpful. Location was convenient with walkable convenient stores and multiple markets. It was close to a train station making it easier to get to Shibuya, Ueno, and Ginza. Would stay again!

Kan is an incredible host and his place is lovely. The tiny home is filled with architectural details that create a beautiful and comfortable space. We were so grateful to Kan for making his tiny home a special place for us to spend our last leg of our honeymoon. The apartment is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, which is ideal for taking a break from busy Tokyo. You’re near major transit lines and convenience stores, as well as a lovely park. Kan shared fantastic recommendations for breakfast and lunch nearby — and he was very accommodating to make our check in and out as seamless as possible. I’d happily return!

My friends and I loved the place. Close to the station and really yummy restaurants. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Best sleep we had our whole holiday

Akiyo provided great instructions to locate and access the Airbnb. It had everything we needed. There is a Lawson’s, 7/11 and the train station is a short distance away (~10 minutes). My family and I enjoyed our stay.

This is a simple, clean comfortable place near the metro station with great connections to the heart of Tokyo. The place is very clean and comfortable and has all amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. A complimentary pocket wi fi device to use in the city was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this place.

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

Kenji is a great host who is very responsive. Due to flight delays, we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and he was kind enough to stay up and show us in. Definitely check out the black spa as per his recommendation. He has bikes that you can borrow to explore the neighborhood.

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
