Het verblijf is enigszins geïmproviseerd in wat vroeger bijgebouwtjes waren, maar daarom niet minder aantrekkelijk. Slaapkamer, keuken en badkamer zijn niet verbonden, je moet even buiten, maar het is wel overdekt met een koepel. Wat voor mij zeer praktisch en belangrijk was, was de toegangspoort met staanplaats voor de auto. Dat was wel veiliger zo, ik had gereedschappen in de auto. Keuken en badkamer zijn super uitgerust met alle mogelijke dingen die je nodig kan hebben. Bravo ! De straat is zeer levendig. De buurt is niet echt rustig te noemen. Ik kan me inbeelden dat het in het hoogseizoen zeer druk en lawaaierig kan zijn, of dat je met carnaval nauwelijks nog binnen of buiten kan, maar daar had ik in Mei geen last van.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. A very special thank you to Andréia, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm energy truly made a difference. A casa é excelente! Fica em um local muito tranquilo, cercado pela natureza — o cenário perfeito para descansar e aproveitar com a família. Foram 4 dias maravilhosos, curtindo a piscina, fazendo churrasco e criando boas memórias. O Pedro foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo nas mensagens, e o Sr. Nelson, que nos recebeu pessoalmente, foi extremamente simpático e cordial. A área externa é um dos grandes destaques: um gramado amplo, perfeito para as crianças correrem e os pets brincarem à vontade. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e exatamente como nas fotos. Com certeza voltaremos!

Sonia's place was exactly what I needed for a great weekend visiting my family in Niteroi. The bbq and pool area were perfect :) Thank you Sonia for being very flexible to accommodate my family. We created great memories there.

A Maria foi incrível, super receptiva e a hospitalidade foi excelente. Sempre responde rápido, deu ótimas indicações próximas, demonstrou total disposição em ajudar, me senti totalmente acolhida. O local é extremamente agradável, limpo, lindo, decoração linda, exatamente como nas fotos, na verdade pessoalmente é ainda mais lindo e agradável. Localização excelente próximo a tudo, super seguro, próximo de farmácias, lojinhas, padaria, restaurante, bares, shopping e a 2 quadras da praia. Com certeza quando retornar ao Rio ficarei novamente aqui!

Excellent logement, sûrement mon adresse fétiche pour mes prochaines escapades à Rio. Tout d’abord le logement est facile d’accès et l’hôte super réactif et flexible. Il a adapté l’heure de départ suite à mon vol tardif et répondais très rapidement à mes messages. La résidence est idéalement situé, à proximité des sites à voir (Copacabana, Corcovado, Pao de Azucar etc) disponible à quelques minutes en voiture et pour les non-véhiculés il y a le tram et plusieurs bus à côté. Le personnel de la résidence est de qualité et la piscine chauffée accessible jusqu’à 21h. Toutes les commodité d’usage (smart TV, internet avec fibre, machine à laver) et quelques produits d’hygiène sont à disposition, en plus des serviettes pour la douche et la piscine ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande !!

Excellent séjour chez Marcella et son petit paradis avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine dans un écrin de verdure. Hôte très sympathique et réactive, c’était parfait 👍 Très facile de fonctionner avec des Uber pour aller partout dans Rio !

Très belle place Proche de tout a pied comme restaurant, épicerie et plage à proximité. Ce secteur est sécuritaire également. Un très beau centre d achat juste à côté et la vue de l appartement est magnifique

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

Do início ao fim intensamente receptivo, estadia muito confortável com muito acesso na região. Local muito limpo e bem organizado.

Un departamento muy cómodo en el piso 31 lo que permite unas vistas de la ciudad muy lindas. Cuenta con muebles, aparatos y utensilios que resultan muy útiles para los viajeros. La terraza es muy linda y la piscina es fenomenal, climatizada y grande. La ubicación es excelente, algunos lugares cercanos son el Museo del Mañana, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, solo por mencionar los más cercanos pero en Uber llegas rápido a muchos otros lugares en menos de 10 min. Eliane siempre estuvo atenta, respondía rápido y mantuvo buena comunicación en todo momento. Muy recomendable este apartamento que está en el corazón de está gran y bella ciudad.

Julia é uma excelente anfitriã, esta é a 2º vez que volto para uma de suas propriedades e recomendo.

Beautiful apartment & very convenient location! close to many attractions. Host was very responsive and attentive. Bruno was very helpful getting me to my apartment. The front desk concierge were all great with getting me all checked in! Will definitely keep on my list of places to return to!

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

O apartamento é ótimo e com uma localização muito boa, próximo de padarias, restaurantes e farmácias. Possui um ótimo ar-condicionado, internet 5G, TV a cabo e smart tv com os principais canais de streaming. Thiago foi extremamente gentil conosco, nos passando dicas sobre o local, sempre nos respondendo rápido e sendo flexível em nosso check-out. Certamente, quando retornar ao Rio, irei priorizar esse mesmo airbnb.

Le logement proposé par Carolina était tout simplement parfait. Carolina et son frère Matheus nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et à une heure plutôt tardive dans la favéla pour nous guider jusqu’au logement. Le lieu est magnifique et sors complètement du cadre que l’on peut connaître, nous étions ébahis de la gentillesse des personnes présentes et de la sympathie pour les touristes qui jouent le jeu ! Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement, allez y les yeux fermés et profitez de l’expérience dans une favéla qui est très sécurisée, très jolie et ouvert aux étrangers qui veulent vraiment découvrir une partie de Rio typique.
