Great house in a beautiful part of Steiermark. Steps by the bed require being careful but very comfortable and quiet.

We highly recommend Siegfried's place when visiting Graz. The apartment is perfectly located literally just across the street from the old town. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go and it was a quick and easy Uber ride from the train station. Peter met us upon arrival to give us the keys and orient us to the apartment and he was very kind and patient with us as our train was a bit delayed. The apartment was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the access to a washing machine. Our family of 5 (including three teenaged boys) had a great time!

I stayed at Joyce's apartment for 7 weeks and felt at home. A big plus is the quiet location and the parking space belonging to the apartment, as there is a large short-term parking zone in Graz. I had my bike with me and was downtown within 13-15 minutes. The apartment is well equipped and when the sun is out, you have the opportunity to relax on the balcony. 2 supermarkets and the MurPark (shopping center) are also nearby and easily accessible. Getting to the city center is a bit more tedious, but also no problem. I can only recommend the apartment and would come back anytime! However, what I now find impossible are the insanely high (and unfounded) service costs of Airbnb - but Joyce can't do anything about that! :)

Everything perfect, as described

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was absolutely wonderful. The entire family loved both the space and the peaceful surroundings. One of the highlights was the bakery just next door, offering fresh, warm bread every morning for a perfect start to the day. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive with clear and thoughtful instructions. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway.

The house is perfect, we have everything we need, enough space. It took us quite some time to enter the garage.

It is a beautiful, modern studio, located in a very quiet area, with only sounds of the forest as ambient sounds. The shared pool is beautifully situated with a great view. However, a stay in the studio is not recommended for families with small children due to the lack of a kitchen and plenty of living space, but ideal to watch some TV or spend some time on the spacious balcony after a day out, also this with a great view. In our opinion, the studio is therefore not suitable for spending whole days in. Theresia responded very quickly to our questions and although there were initially no baby cot and chair present and I failed to make a connection with the WiFi, she did ensure that this was resolved as soon as possible. It was also very pleasant that the car could be placed under a carport given the severe weather. Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away.

Prefect little space for what we needed. Very responsive and keen to make sure our stay was as prefect as possible. Would use again 👍👍

I had a great stay here. The place was very clean when we arrived, and despite the room being on the ground floor, it was surprisingly quiet. I slept so well with the windows open the whole night which says a lot about how peaceful it was. The host was friendly and made us feel at home, even if not particularly hands on or involved. Overall, I really enjoyed staying the night. It felt cozy, comfortable, and just right for a relaxing stop.

We had a good time & enjoyed the sauna very much. Everything uncomplicated and also great for dogs :-)

Miha is a great host and we can recommend him to everyone. The place in Maribor is a nice and sunny apartment with everything you need already there.

We spent a week in Dietmar's apartment. The apartment was very clean and bright and nicely furnished. From the apartment you can easily reach the city on foot. The nearby Augarten Park right on the Mur is very nice. Public transport is easily accessible. There is also a grocery store nearby. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

We had 2 quiet and fine days with Peter at the bathing pond. The apartment is sweet and there is everything you need. The place is also quiet and it was nice to go hiking. So much bird chirping, it's a dream! The camping stüberl is directly opposite the apartment. We didn't have much going on and closed early. A good place to drink a good evening beer. But I don't know how loud it is when there's a party. We were completely satisfied.

Great, clean accommodation for an extended weekend in southern Styria. Maria answered our questions super quickly before arrival, greeted us personally and showed us the apartment. The small special features (coffee, tea, hair dryer, etc.) of the accommodation are to be emphasized.

I booked at very short notice and everything worked out smoothly . I am very happy with the place, can only recommend it.

The place is beautiful, the host already had the jacuzzi warm for us. She came to walk us through the house and explain everything. The terrace was locked, so we couldn’t go there, but we had a great time doing BBQ and spending time at jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxing.

What a beautiful place in a stunning location! Wish we could have stayed longer here, the accommodation was lovely with everything you’d need! Ralf was the most welcoming host we’ve met, he was so friendly and kind, we felt like we were in a home away from home. Surrounded by nature too, the area is beautiful with lots of wildlife - we saw hares and deer! Highly recommend!!
