Ontsnap aan de drukte in deze stijlvolle B&B midden in het groen. Geniet van uitzicht op weilanden, bos en bomen. Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Vanaf 5 september 2025 is het zwembad gesloten. Grote supermarkt met terras en grote speeltuin direct voor de woning. Gezellige horeca gelegenheden in de buurt. Freibad Alstätte ligt op 3 km (vanaf 1 september gesloten). Ontbijt is inbegrepen.

Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - thanks to a solar system (hot water) /photovoltaics (electricity) and its own groundwater, the house functions self-sufficiently and sustainably. A few years ago, my wife and I decided to renovate our house and make part of the space available for vacation guests. We look forward to interacting with the new guests, offering them a great time and simply a pleasant stay in our cozy home.
