Beachfront holiday rentals in Sucre

It is a well located place, Don Alfonso is friendly and is always ready to help , the only negative is that the internet comes in very badly in the area and to work in the place with wifi does not serve , the bathroom on the second floor comes out the smell of dirty water sometimes , but the beach is of the good for the stay, quiet, clean , the common areas are clean and the kitchen is well adequate !!

Both the view and the immediate proximity to the beach are the key features for this apartment, which make it worth it. Please note that whilst the “manillas” or access bracelets are included in the description, it would be a more consumer friendly and transparent choice to include them in the price. You will pay 25,000 COP per manilla. Whilst the host was responsive regarding tourism information, they did not respond to my notification that the Wifi stopped working. Essentially we did not have access to working wifi for most of our stay.

very pleasant stay, everything was perfect, very kind all. Always aware of what we needed, the pool was excellent on the way to the perfect beach. And the beach was the best in the place, it had tents. the kitchen was well endowed, just as a suggestion that each cabin has its own broom and trawls because one almost always comes in with sand and wet and there is no like cleaning unless you ask for the broom. and also a place to hang wet clothes would be great. but excellent service, I come back with my eyes closed.

Absolute insider tip. There is not much tourism in this area. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. Apartment super nice and new. As in the photos. Kitchen very well equipped. Terrace,the view and especially the sunset a dream. Lina was super nice, took good care of us and was always available.TOPP!! There is a beach bar nearby. There are also 2 pools if you don't want to go into the sea. Food good,price/performance fits. I can definitely recommend the apartment. We will be back!!

100% recommended. Great location, beachfront, practically private. Each cabin has chairs and tent on the beach. It is a 20-minute walk from Parque de Tolú, supermarkets and everything you need. The lady in charge of the kitchen very well and is attentive to every need. The gentlemen who work in the condominium are attentive and diligent with everything. The cabin is very comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. It's an experience for the family.

Casa AMIN is fully recommended for a total rest. Yuly's kindness (The lady who collaborates with the cleaning and the kitchen) and its availability makes it even more attractive. (For an extra value, obviously). The house is close to the village making it easy to get out for any resource that is required. Each room has AC and in the social area good fans. The AMIN house rating is excellent for us.

Great place with amazing views. The host kindly provided us with an ironing board despite not being in the apartment. It would be nice if there was soap and drinking water, but they were definitely small details for a more than good place.

I booked this place for a family reunion. There were 15 of us in total, 10 adults and 5 children aged 2-10. The house never felt crowded. Each family had it's own bedroom with a private bathroom and shower. The location was right on a very swimmable beach, private and an easy walk to the village of Rincon Del Mar. The staff was great, they managed to keep the house clean with 15 people. Luis kept the beach in front the house clean every day. He would bring out beer and snacks at just the right time, and helped us organize boat trips to see the surrounding sites. We opted to have the food purchased and cooked by the staff for an additional fee. The food was great - lobster, crab stew, pallea, plus lots of traditional Colombian food. Things to be aware of: Mosquitoes are big problem, make sure to use plenty of bug spray. They seemed to go after the kids the worst. No AC, just fans. Can get a little sticky. No hot water. Actually not that bad considering how hot it can get.

It's a paradise! We loved the place, the house and the beach. The perfect place to get away from it all and relax for a few days. We travel with a baby and I enjoy it a lot. Manuel's service is a 10. We highly recommend hiring the meal service. The best we ate during our entire stay in Colombia. If you visit Casa Gaviota, get ready to not be massacred by mosquitoes 🙃
