Very happy with my family to be able to visit this place, we would definitely come back.

This location is centrally located and within walking distance of EVERYTHING! For the price, it is a great value. After some personal touches and TLC around the place, our space was perfect for our stay. It is located on a very active street, so there is always something to see or hear at any hour. If you are sensitive to that, be aware that it is an all day situation. The place is spacious, has full kitchen, TV and Netflix was a plus, shower had warm water. Johann and Manuel were awesome and very helpful. Its simple, and has the basics you need. Recommend if your going to be out exploring and just need a place to come to at the end of the day and unwind.

The accommodation is very pleasant to stay in. It is important to know that the pool is shared (which is written on the listing but not highlighted so can make it wrong). Otherwise this one is very nice and very little used by the other listings. The rooms in the home are spacious. The only downsides would be the noise nearby (but which obviously does not depend on the host) but it can sometimes be exhausting and scary at first. Also, some cooking utensils and directions to use the equipment may be missing but the host is very responsive in this case. We thank him for his availability and responsiveness.

The place is the closest to the Irtra parks than any other place, you can go camiandio towards Xocomil and Xetulul. There was initiative in fixing any problems on the part of Alejandra, so we had a good time with the family.

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

Our stay was incredible. I took my entire family Of 16+…. The views are breathtaking, with so many fun activities without even leaving the house. The hospitality was also a great bonus! Pedro, the house guardian is very attentive. Highly recommend booking Juliana for your breakfast needs, she was also great! 😊 Carlos, is great as far as communication goes, very patient and friendly. We all gave this place a 10/10 We’ll definitely be back soon! Ps…there are some massive stairs down to the pool/ lake. The walk down is easy but the walk up is some work! Be ready for some good cardio

We always received support from Vladimir, the house is very nice and comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Mazatenango close to downtown and with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.

The experience at the house of San Lucas de Tolimán was wonderful. By far the best bay of Lake Atitlán to rest. Very quiet Pueblito with a perfect atmosphere to relax. The house is very nice and all the amenities worked very well as advertised. Extremely comfortable and very quiet bed. The terrace with the jaccuzzi complements the whole experience. Positive point to highlight the service, attention and availability of Hector who was always attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

The host was very attentive to everything and they were very, very, very kind. The arrival is as advertised, you have to walk and climb stairs but it is worth it when you arrive. The view and the 3 floors are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were there right at the weekend of the celebration of Mother's Day and in the village they began the celebration in the early morning so we could not sleep comfortably, but we understand that it is out of the host's hands. Everything else is excellent! Especially the view.

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

Lovely, large traditional house with nice bigs rooms and a balcony with a brilliant view. Quite loud in the mornings due to local animals, but we slept through easily enough. Would recommend as a great less touristy accommodation!

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!

The stay was amazing, they quickly solved the problems and Dani was looking out for us all the time. A pleasant atmosphere and the neighbor was friendly and attentive. My family and I were happy.
