Cabin holiday rentals in Suchitepéquez Department

I want to start off by saying that I loved the cabin! Although it was a bit rough going up but it’s all worth it because the view was amazing! Sharon was very responsive and she even recommended a list of people to contact to help us around. I would totally come back to disconnect and be one with the beauty of nature. A perfect getaway for a couple!

Angels place was an amazing find! If you are looking for a place that is surrounded by greenery and a beautiful view this is your place to stay. The staff is very friendly and gives great suggestions with things to do as well as transportation services. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Leah’s place is an absolute dream! The house is nestled right in nature, yet still within walking distance to the center of San Pedro. Our favorite part was definitely the view from the huge window up in the sleeping area! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the whole place is super well kept. Overall, the house is such a cozy spot to just hang out and relax. Communication with Leah was very good - she replies quickly, is polite, and really accommodating. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave at all! 😅🧡

We had four beautiful days in this secluded house. It is a bit outside of Santiago, but you have absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by various fields and can also supply yourself with herbs and fruits from the house's own garden. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and you can be in the city in five minutes by tuk tuk. The house is very lovingly furnished, on our arrival there were fresh flowers everywhere and there were freshly picked vegetables. The kitchen is super equipped, even if you want to cook a little more. The communication with Dushinka was excellent, I always had a contact person for every question. We particularly enjoyed the private jetty by the lake, the various hammocks on the property and the hot tub. We must also mention the watchdog Bobby, who was incredibly sweet and regularly came to us for a cuddle.

A very quiet place to rest and has an easy exit to the lake, we were very comfortable, and Jonathan is very accessible always.

It has a good view of the lake, has access itself and is just a few meters away. We were 4 people and two dogs I liked that they have a considerable space to take our dogs. It has a large parkade, which is worth highlighting is about 200 meters from the cabin (aprox). RECOMMENDED!

Richard was an amazing host very kind and understanding when we needed him to pick us up at the dock he was already ready and quick to come pick us up his breakfast was so delicious and the views where unforgettable we truly felt isolated and at home in his beautiful cabin in the woods it was a nice hike up I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking to be isolated in peaceful tranquility i will definitely be returning sooner than later

Excellent service and attention from Marcos, very friendly, the cabin is very comfortable and nice. Very nice view and it's a quiet place. Cabaña is just like the photos.

Hiking trails were close by and terrific. Access to the lake was not discovered.

We felt comfortable at this place. On the way we stopped at a place to eat lunch per Carolina’s recommendation and it was really good. There are people walking by, and some dogs but it is very peaceful and tranquil. It’s a beautiful place to get away and be isolated. Manuel, the caretaker was very helpful and kind.

This is the perfect nook for a single person or 2 guests. You can walk to everything, and it is safe. If you want a bit more of the Guatemalan experience, stay here! Be mindful of weather. Cabin does not have A/C or heat. We personally loved it, and the temperature inside the cabin was perfect. It only has a small fridge and coffee maker. This is ideal for those that do not want to cook or have to deal with any cleaning up. We highly recommend walking over by the park, there is an area where the local set up grills/food stands at night. This is where we had our best meals. Perfect cabin, will definitely return.

We really loved our stay here. The view is amazing with lots of windows and the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also perfect with the house being right next to the best beaches in San Pedro. Juan was also very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return soon. Gracias!

Such a beautiful place! The approach to the shore of the lake and the place of the campfires, all very, very nice and cozy.

Great place! A little bit away from the town-so getting a tuk tuk can be a little challenging but not too hard. Place was clean and unique! Luis was great at communicating!!

We had an excellent stay in the SKY cabin, super comfortable, cozy and equipped. Everything was tidy and clean. The house really exceeded our expectations. We received a very friendly treatment from you, Luli and his brother. Thank you for welcoming us, we hope to be able to return soon. 🙌🏼 The only comment would be that we felt the access to the lake a little complicated. There is no "comfortable space" to be able to leave one of your belongings and get into the Lake, as well as a dock for a boat to arrive, outside of that everything is perfect ❤️

It is a very nice place with a spectacular view and quite quiet, in particular we really liked having access to the lake; Mr. Martin was very friendly and attentive. The place is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, it is important to consider that some beds are in an annex to the main room. The location is far from the towns so it is advisable to have a vehicle, even to reach the nearest pier.

The photographs do not do it justice, it is much more beautiful. It has a good location to visit the most touristy places in San La Laguna.
