Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

We had a wonderful stay at this lovingly renovated apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped – there was really nothing missing. We especially loved the small garden, which invites you to relax. The host was extremely friendly and helpful – even a barbecue was provided to us, which made our stay even more beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Very special apartment with a great kitchen very well furnished with everything you need. Maybe not suitable for older people or someone with mobility issues. There are steep stairs upstairs to the bedroom. Otherwise very cozy and nicely decorated. And very friendly and flexible landlady.

Everything went great! The apartment fully corresponds with the description — clean, cozy and with a good atmosphere. The neighborhood is convenient, everything is nearby: shops, transport, cafes. I especially want to note the host — polite, in touch, ready to help on any issue. There is a sense of respect for guests, which is nice. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart — a great option for both leisure and business trips. I want to come back here!

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

Super nice and cozy place to stay! The rooms were all very spacious and the beds comfortable. The mattresses had a medium firmness. We all slept great. The blinds for maximum darkening in the rooms were great! The kitchen was large and had everything you need. A few larger bowls and new pans would be good, however - unfortunately, the coating was already broken. The seating area in the kitchen is only suitable for max. Suitable for 6 people. Luckily, there were only 5 of us. Large bathroom, everything clean! However, the bathtub had no plug. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep. But it was manageable to some extent. Overall, a very quiet location and surroundings! From the accommodation, you can reach various supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping facilities on foot. We were great stay ! Would book again anytime:)

The location and view of the accommodation is fantastic, right next to vineyards. The hostess was very nice and quick to reach. There were four of us there, so we found the Airbnb a little too small, but it is still possible. The apartment was very lovingly furnished.

Petra is very helpful. The apartment really feels like home good for 2 or 3. I would like to recommend this to everyone.

It was a great stay with Susanne and Wolfgang. Check-in was very straightforward. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier by arrangement. In the apartment, you immediately felt comfortable. Everything you need and more was there. It was noticeable that a lot of care was taken here. The communication was very pleasant, as the hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to inquiries.

Very sweet and lovingly furnished apartment in a great location – very close to the subway and super connected to the city center as well as the Porsche and Mercedes museums. The area is tranquil and charming. The apartment was very clean on arrival and it was really everything you could need in everyday life – even a few sweet little things to welcome us, which we were totally happy about! The check-in was straightforward, the communication with the host super pleasant. We didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect, but he let us know beforehand in a very friendly way that he is always available if anything should happen. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment and the host! ❤️

Stefan was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, and had a nice deck with chairs to sit on. Walked most places we needed to go, and Uber service was quick and reliable when needed. Laundry Mat just around the corner was convenient and had directions in English and German. Lots of stairs, so if you have a challenge with climbing stairs, be aware, no elevator. Highly recommend Stefan and his place!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

I lived in Stuttgart for 30 years and I didn't know the Birkenäcker district. This was created in the years 1965-75, it is very quiet, but not particularly easy to reach by public transport. It would be easier by car, except for the full parking lots. I had my bike with me and was in the city center in 18 minutes. The house is an apartment building, built around 1975, the apartment is located in the attic. A private entrance door, small hall, bathroom with simple shower and toilet, small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. The basic spices and oil/vinegar are available. The living room with two separate single beds is spacious, large window front to the roof terrace. In the warm season it can get very warm up there, a fan is available, the TV is larger than the one I have at home. The landlord, Heinz, is very friendly, although Heinz is no longer particularly good on foot, he showed me the house

beautiful apartment for a short stay if you don't want/have to be in the middle of the city, but still with good connection. except for 2-3 little things everything was in the best order and Ulrike always responded and offered her help:)
