Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Due to the half altitude you have a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to forest area, yet citynah (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! Our accommodation is loved for its location, tranquility, views and atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers and couples, unfortunately not for children.

Unsere Wohnung liegt im Westen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den Stuttgarter Talkessel. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus/Bahn in 10-15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Kräherwald, der zum Joggen oder spazieren gehen einlädt.
