Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! :-) Sie liegt im Stuttgarter Osten unweit des Cannstatter Wasens, des Daimler Museums sowie der Porsche Arena. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung wurde kernsaniert. Entsprechend neu und modern ist die Einrichtung. Elektrische Rollladen, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, Induktionskochfeld, … Es gibt ein 140x200 Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit den gleichen Maßen. Eher geeignet für 2 Personen und noch kuschelig mit 4 Personen.

Unsere Wohnung liegt im Westen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den Stuttgarter Talkessel. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus/Bahn in 10-15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Kräherwald, der zum Joggen oder spazieren gehen einlädt.

Downtown Stuttgart is under 1km away, with endless bars, shops, and dining options. It’s also about a 2km walk from the main train station (HBF). The apartment itself is ideal for a solo traveler or couple: clean, quiet, and equipped with everything you need. And if anything’s missing, the host goes above and beyond to help. Runners will love the area—head left for an uphill challenge or right for a smooth downhill route. If it’s available, don’t hesitate—this is the one.

Great hosts, great communication, perfect location! Hosts were upfront with the noise and everything else needed. Recommended places to go, welcomed me like an awesome guest. Enjoyed my stay. Only thing I wish I had was more amenities - maybe a couple bottles of water in the fridge, and maybe a small snack. Those would be extra details to add. Other than that, it was perfect!

Anna and Stefan's place was wonderful and we felt at home right away. The house is decorated in a unique way making you feel cozy. Stefan met us during check-in and provided clear instructions. The many eatables kept in the kitchen (including ice cream and granola!) made our day! The neighborhood is lovely, friendly neighbors, and the location is excellent with easy access to local transportation (Bus 42 stop is right outside the door). We really enjoyed our stay there and thank for the hosts for enabling a wonderful stay.

L’appartamento di Canel è davvero stupendo. Si trova in centro, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla via principale. Nel caso si voglia visitare qualche luogo fuori dal centro ci sono anche le fermate del tram a due passi da casa. Nonostante ciò rimane in una via appartata e con un isolamento acustico davvero eccellente, quindi non si hanno problemi legati ai rumori esterni. L’appartamento si vede che è stato appena ristrutturato, con gusto e tenendo conto di tutti i dettagli. Come si vede dalle foto è davvero elegante. Non mancava assolutamente nulla, anzi ci ha sorpreso per quanto fosse rifornito di ogni cosa. Per concludere Canel è una host davvero fantastica. È stata super gentile e davvero disponibile ad accogliere le nostre esigenze e le nostre richieste. Ci ha fornito anche il posto in garage per la nostra auto. Poche volte abbiamo trovato una host così disponibile ed attenta. Consiglio vivamente il suo appartamento, noi sicuramente torneremo!

This was a great apartment for my family and me. The location is close to many restaurants and parking, although it was street parking, was quite easy and were able to park close to the place. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. This is NOT a complaint, but it might be noted that it is several floors up without an elevator. I only state it because we’re on a bit of a learning curve and it’s something we’d just assumed would be there. It’s definitely not a big deal if you are not dealing with a lot of luggage. We simply decided to leave what we didn’t need in our vehicle and to take only necessities up with us for our short stay.
