My apartment is in a quiet location close to the wood, but not isolated. It's a 10 min. walk to the village of Stumm with a nice square, beautiful public open air swimming pool, bakery, restaurants, supermarket. Only 10 min to the Zillertal train. There are many different options for hiking and biking. The Upper Zillertal is a wonderful skiing area with many opportunities. Terrace and garden of the apartment offer space for relaxation and are just wonderful for children. Very suitable for kids

Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :)

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
