Holiday rentals with a sauna in Studio City, Los Angeles

Loved the location. There’s a phenomenal coffee shop across the street as well as a Trader Joe’s. Apartment was spacious and clean. It was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Having two parking spaces was also ideal.

It was a really good stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful and serene. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough room for storage. Overall great time spent there. Jorge is a great host, very responsive!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Amazing location for a first time visit to LA. So much to see and do on our doorstep and a beautiful apartment complex.

John was amazing! Super quick to respond and the apartment was fantastic, we’re in LA several times a year and from now on always plan to rebook here. Fantastic location, great sheets, amazing shower and the washer and dryer in unit was a plus. No TV in the bedroom took a little adjusting to but I loved it in the end! Definitely made it easier to fall asleep at night and Apple TV in the living room worked great.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

I don’t often write reviews, but I wanted to write one just to point out that Michela and Jake were superb hosts! The place was awesome, that too, but the communication and swift actions they took need to be mentioned. For some reason the trash bags that were in the apartment all had a faulty seam and would tear. They immediately sent us new ones and included a bar of chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience! Every other question I had was swiftly answered. Can’t say enough good things about my experience staying here. Book it, you won’t regret it.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

5/5 Stars I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully remodeled condo in Santa Monica! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Angie was very gracious and attentive to our needs. I would recommend her property especially if you are on a budget particularly for this area.

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

We were impressed and enjoyed our stay in this Anaheim house to visit Disneyland and nearby beaches. Our entire trip here was fantastic. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to Disneyland parks and the apartment is quiet, secluded. Several beach locations are closeby, most less than a 30 minute drive away. Our 4 & 6 year olds were very excited about Disney themed decor. We loved the comfortable beds, couch, and entertainment. There were many books and princess dresses in the kid room, which were my kids’ favorite part of the rental. TVs and arcade game were perfect on days where we needed downtime. Pools, jacuzzi, and park are close to the apartment. Our family had a great time playing and relaxing there. It is a huge bonus to have them included in rental price. We were grateful to have a quiet/dark place with crib for our baby. Amenities were wonderful. Everything was in working condition. I would recommend this rental to anyone! We’ll be staying here again.

We had a great stay here! It’s an awesome huge unit with modern finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, Laëtitia and Mikey were super communicative and the place was clean and had everything we could need all while being in a great neighborhood!

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

What a gem! This place hit every note perfectly - cute as hell, clearly loved and cared for by someone who gets what makes a space feel like home. We slept like babies (so quiet!), felt completely cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. But honestly? The host made it. Just genuinely kind and accommodating in that rare way that reminds you why you love traveling in the first place. When someone creates a space with this much heart, you feel it the moment you walk in. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us! ✨

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to CA to see our twin grandsons graduate high school. Since my son moved to the west coast we have been visiting twice a year and we always look for a great place to stay. This was our third time staying at Luisy's place and it once again didn't disappoint. in the past we have stayed at many places but Luisy's has been the best we have found. If available we will be returning on any future trip.

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Megans place was organized very well and felt really homey! The spacious backyard was nice and had plenty of seating and lighting for a large group. Anything you needed as far as beach accessories was included such as beach towels, chairs, and even surfboards. We enjoyed our time and slept very comfortable. 10/10 host and home! Well worth our stay and would book again.
