Great host and beautiful place.

Great place to stay, good location to visit things on the west coast (train station less than 10 min walk from the house, many nice places reachable within 30 min by car). Excellent house when traveling with kids/babies (many games, trampoline, sandbox, …). 2 comfortable double bedrooms + 1 bedroom for kids. Cecilia was really reactive when we had questions and provided useful information about the activities to do in the area! We strongly recommend this house!

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt at home, we were 4 children and 4 adults, there were boxes of toys around and it felt like a lived in friendly family house. no complaints, perhaps the bedrooms were a bit cramped and could have done with some more clothes storage space along with a window that opened in the double bedroom. Perfect place for children no cars / roads and we had a wonderful week.

We were nine cousins who rented the house from Thursday to Sunday. We enjoyed ourselves in the garden/greenhouse in the evenings, and had breakfast on that terrace. There was plenty of room for all of us! Great with walking distance to

The house and surroundings were even more lovely than we’d imagined. The house had so many beautiful touches, Ken and Emilie have taken such care to make it a home from home. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable, I can’t remember sleeping so well for years! The lake felt like it was just for us, so nice to swim, canoe and row around. We even had a young moose come in to the lake one day! Plus many other moose sightings nearby - and a sweet resident hare. The area was beautiful for walking, the hamlet of Nasbo was a particularly pretty place to walk to. Tresticklan national park was less than an hour’s drive away for fantastic hiking. Great place with good opportunities for great kayaking trips and barbecues in the garden.

The view is breathtaking as the house is elevated. In the hot tub, the evening can end with very nice light and views of the sea. Just great!

This place is absolutely magical, both the house, the garden, the sea and the cliffs. Everything is generous and well prepared in a very nice way.

The house has a good atmosphere and is fully furnished. Location is fantastic, 8 minutes by car from Stromstad and within walking distance of the sea and the beautiful archipelago. Josefine is very accessible through the app, she always responds quickly. In short, a home to come back to!
