We flat right at home, the flat is in a quite residential area and the metro is around 6-7mins walk. Overall great experience, I will definitely return on my next visit to Munich in 2026

Ich habe während eines Praktikums für 2 1/2 Monate in Kimys Wohnung gelebt und habe meine Zeit wirklich genossen! Kimy war eine tolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet hat und in jeder Hinsicht extrem entgegenkommend war. Die Wohnung selbst war auch top - ruhige Lage mit super Anbindung in Richtung Innenstadt.

Found the apartment as described and made ourselves right at home. We appreciated the accessable location but quiet neighborhood. Slept with Windows open. Google maps took us to back door originally, access to apartment is via front. Highly recommend!

Hanns met us at the apartment and even let us come a little early. He made sure we had everything we needed and that all our questions were answered. Location is OK but close enough to the U to get around quickly. There was a fair amount of traffic noise so bring your earplugs. I was concerned about cigarette smell since it's allowed but it was fine, even for my super smeller wife. Totally worth it for the price and it was basically last minute for Oktoberfest.

Moni hat mich herzlich begrüßt, habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Es war super sauber, alles bestens. Ich werde mir die Unterkunft merken und erneut aufsuchen, sollte ich mal wieder in der Nähe sein. Finchen und Pebbles sind auch soo süß und haben mich freudig begrüßt.

Christiane’s place is beyond great! It’s an amazing location, the place is neatly decorated and clean! They were so friendly and nice! Amazing people to be around, she was extremely helpful about what to do and where to go! I’m looking forward to come back! If you ever go to Munich this is the place to stay! Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Österreich und sind dabei auf diese Unterkunft gestoßen. Zwei Stunden vor der Ankunft haben wir angefragt und auch nach kurzer Rücksprache die Buchung bestätigt bekommen. Wir wurden direkt herzlich empfangen und der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts um dort auch mehrere Tage zu verbringen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort aber kommen sehr gerne wieder. La casa di Giselle è in una zona di Monaco residenziale, bene servita e ben collegata al centro. Spaziosa, pulita e arredata con ottimo gusto. È stato come essere a casa propria, con tutto il necessario soprattutto se si viaggia con bimbi piccoli. Grazie ancora per l’incredibile ospitalità.

Es hat uns für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Amberg gut gefallen. Nicole hat uns super eingewiesen und das gemütliche Häuschen hat alles was man braucht!

Sandra und ihr Mann sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles erklärt und bis ins Detail liebevoll erklärt. Wir durften sogar eine Gurke frisch aus dem Garten ernten. Ebenso wurde uns ein voller Kühlschrank bereitgestellt - wir waren einfach überwältigt. So etwas nennt man Super-Host! Das haben wir in unsere AirBnB „Karriere“ noch nie erlebt. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr geräumig, und für 4 Personen sehr komfortabel. Die Lage direkt am Inn ist wunderschön und ruhig. Zu den Thermen nach Bad Füssing bzw. nach Geinberg ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We would definitely recommend this apartment! We stayed as 2 couples, and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and the space was laid out in a tidy and effective manner, while still feeling inviting. Our host, Pia, did a wonderful job—prompt communication, helpful suggestions for the area, always polite and cheerful. She was a pleasure to book with and made our stay a joy. The neighborhood is charming, with a quiet, local feel with the apartment conveniently located to groceries, pubs, and restaurants. The tram is extremely convenient as well, for exploring the busier parts of the city. Would highly recommend this host and this location to anyone wanting to experience Munich.

Yiran is a wonderful host and Human. She is empathetic and friendly. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend her place. It's right by U bahn station and well connected to centre. She is very understanding and I am glad I got to stay at her place. There is also a cute house cat 😺. Thanks Yiran for being so kind and flexible. Btw I had good time in Regensburg 😀

I stayed with Crystal during Oktoberfest opening weekend and had a great stay. Her apartment is an easy walk to the nearest U-Bahn station and made getting into the city convenient. Crystal is a friendly and personable host, fun to talk to.

Sabine hızlı ve etkili iletişime sahip. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi ve soru sorduğunuz zaman size her zaman yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Evin konumu direk metronun yanında ve merkeze çok yakın. Kedileri dost canlısı . Bir daha geldiğimde şüphesiz tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Dali es una extraordinaria host. Nos hizo sentir inmediatamente en casa. No obstante, muy servicial y con una platica muy amena. Fue una gran gran experiencia, cuando estemos de vuelta seguro nos quedaremos nuevamente acá :)
