Modern cottage with three bedrooms and great location in many ways. The cabin was newly built in 2020, has brand new furniture, interiors and equipment. PS wood-burning stove in living room is out of use. On the terrace there is a hot water hot tub ready to be enjoyed 24/7 all year round! The cottage is located in the small village of Spjutvik 23 kilometers from Sortland. This is an idyllic and quiet place, yet it is a short distance to the small town of Sortland where you will find most of the facilities a city should have.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, traveling alone and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and calm area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a short but nice stay in Renate's cabin. We received clear instructions and were able to check in ourselves at a time that suited us. The area and the cottage are super beautiful! Although it was described that there was no running water, we had not realized that there was a special toilet with a waste bag that you have to dispose of yourself, this will not be experienced as pleasant by everyone. Unfortunately, the promised canoe was broken, so we couldn't use it. ☹️ That was the only disappointment, otherwise it was great!

We are delighted with the home, area and landlord. Was there for 6 days and had everything we needed. Perfect for us. Short way to the city centre. Nice and quiet residential area. Bright and pleasant home, with all the equipment. Landlord who responded pleasantly and quickly to questions. Recommended. Would love to come again!

We loved staying in the house and fell in love with the view out of the window of the upper floor. We could even see the midnight sun from the balcony. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Also the surrounding offers many wonderful views, hiking baths and wonderful beaches. Waralak was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much being her guests. Thank you very much for being with you! It was super great 😁

Charle responded immediately to our last-minute request and we were already able to check in three hours later. We moved into a very cozily furnished and extremely quiet house where we felt at home for two days and slept wonderfully. We highly recommend the property, especially for exploring the Vesteralen.

We loved the unique location and tranquility. Kari was very proactive and provided us with information and tips for excursions. A few snacks were also ready for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were also allowed to use the small rowing boat. The sauna with panoramic views is great. The camping shower was okay. It is portable and you can also take a shower outside. A greater water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom would be desirable. There the water comes directly from the creek. Drinking water has provided Kari & Inge in canisters. For a secluded Hytte on the fjord, it's well-equipped.
