Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Cute retro vibes and peaceful views of thunderstorms made the trip feel like a step back to simpler times. We traveled in for ten rail explorers experience and a few park hikes with the doggo. We were greeted with a basket of treats and a lovely note from Shea and Amy. The property was so accommodating and they thought of everything from available dog bowls and extra blankets to baby needs and board games! This spot is equipped for every type of family.

Our stay at Bryan’s place was great. It’s a lovely older home with some fun vintage touches and nice updates. It’s also very spacious; my husband and I loved that we each had our own “dressing room” to spread out our luggage. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the peaceful backyard. I can’t say enough good things - very comfy mattresses, awesome shower, nice big TV (so fun watching the Indy 500 on it!). Tracy was friendly and attentive when we communicated, although we really had no concerns or issues during our stay. We had a 5 star experience and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Suite Dreams was perfect! John & Barb were very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay here, only 1.5 mile from the High Trestle Trail. We enjoyed riding bike everyday during our stay. We love the hometown feel of the area. We live in the NW corner of Iowa, so we love the country & cozy feel! We also enjoyed the winery & wine, the music on Friday & Sunday. Sitting on the back deck was perfect for listening to the music & sipping wine. Hopefully we can return this fall, the colors would be beautiful I’m sure! ❤️❤️❤️

A great location, with easy access to downtown and a short bus ride from campus. Right next to Brookside park, which was lovely for a stroll and a morning run. Steven was great, super welcoming, and I couldn’t have had a better host or location. I would recommend earplugs for light sleepers as the trains are audible from the house.
