In addition to two bedrooms, this 100 sqm country house apartment offers an open living and kitchen area and a large bathroom with XL bathtub. The highlight in the living area is the beautiful fireplace for and the direct exit to the spacious terrace. A car parking lot is located right outside the door. Own entrance. Pony rides at an extra cost. Sports room. 1 double bed, 1 XL single bed, sofa bed for 2 people to pull out.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

The apartment was completely renovated in October 2021. Two private parking spaces right outside the door are at your disposal free of charge. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. Rental for 5 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed) for teenagers double bed under the roof

Im Herzen von Fuhlsbüttel findet ihr in unserem Garten dieses hübsche Gästehaus. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen bietet das Appartement genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen oder auch Arbeiten. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
